Np.. It's weird that some ppl had no issues using the sim that came with it, while others do. I'm not sure what to do as I have one coming next week. Have you tried activating the phone again just to see what happens? Also, would it be easier to just return the phone and order a new one for in store pick up?
The stores in my area never seem to have any for in store pickup. Do you know what time Apple's website updates for availability for the in store pickup option?
And I'm not sure how I can activate again since I already have the line active with the tiered data plan on my plan. But yes, I'm trying to figure out the return process so I can cancel this new tiered line and then activate a new one with a "proper" method.
Sounds like swapping the SIM is safest, even though some are reporting that activating with new SIM worked for them.
