Have you tried manually changing it in your order? If you open the Apple Store app and go to your order confirmation, at the top there is a statement about going to the website to make changes to the order. Click the link at the end and it'll take you to a safari page where you can log in and edit your address.
I had to do it this morning because my Apple Pay was linked to my old apartment address. Updating was simple and it kept my Nov. 3rd delivery.

I’m in NY and placed my order in the app at 3:03 for delivery next Friday, so not an issue with the NY being last.
It's shipping to the billing address on file for ATT which is my brother-in-law in washington
Nov 17-24 on a 12:10am order. I remember last year AT&T/Verizon opened early as well, but then a lot of people got screwed on actual delivery. I've always trusted the Apple Store or website for preorders, and realistically, I'll get it before Nov 17th (I hope).
Just annoyed w/the whole IUP program when they postpone the phone release, so now I've made 2 extra payments on a phone I'm trading in, and then am paying for a phone that's now a few weeks out from launch again. Now next year ift they release in Sept, I make another 1-2 extra payments to "be eligible".
Smart me would just keep my 7+
But I signed up for IUP so I could get a new phone annually and not deal w/Craigslist on the old one. Not turning out to be as fiscally sound, haha.
This was my exact experience, from preapproval to when I started refreshing. It's disappointing that doing prep beforehand actually ended up keeping me from getting a phone on launch day.
every year people come in and ask the same dumb questions lol...man i applaud you guys for answering them over and over....bc if they just read the thread they'dget the answers the need.
if it says 11/3 when it ships doesn't matter, if it does ship, it will be monday - tues....as late as thursday with guaranteed delivery for friday....relax...
i've been through enough of these to be patient.....
btw i ordered Silver 256gb/ 12:27am with 11/3 delivery date

Yes I got that message at around 3:05am when trying to pre order. Got the email saying to complete my reservation order at 442am. Got another email at 645am asking me to proceed with my reservation and i had 24 hours to do so.
I wasn't able to get to actually ordering from that reservation email until around 1000am this morning which is when the screenshot above was produced for completing my order and a date of 11/3 given as delivery.
Does any one know if this common for t-mobile orders? Was it like this last year? This is my first time ordering from apple.com. In the past I have ordered directly from t-mobile.

By the time I got in with app, saw the times slipping and moved to in store pick up for Nov 3rd.
I live overseas, and signed up for a VZW postpaid account yesterday to get the 256 GB. I have a 3 November delivery date, and I'll pick up the phone on my next trip over.
Does anyone know what would happen to the order if I cancel my VZW account before the phone ships? I'm looking to avoid the $30 activation, and $30 upgrade fee. VZ offers to waive the activation fee if the account is canceled within 3 days.

Verizon definitely did not drop the ball with this year’s iPhone launch.
They went live for pre orders on their main website at 2:50AM ( EST ) that’s 10 minuets before H-Hour. And they knew they did as well. This cost them nothing and only made their customers super happy and if anything attracting new ones.
I checked out in under 2 minutes. Super smooth, no issues.
Go on the Verizon thread and you’ll see nothing but about 30 something pages of people chanting and celebrating that they are getting launch day delivery.
You had a sour experience because you used apples services. Everyone knows those services cannot be trusted.
You should have gone through Verizon directly, been logged into your account way before time and had all your issues straightened out.
That’s not Verizon’s fault. It’s yours for not being on top of it.

I was able to chat with them and they said there are no longer any slots available for in store pick up. Oh well. Hopefully it ships sooner than November 10
I don't remember anything like this happening before. I suspect that they will bump up the delivery dates since the phone is essentially the same as the AT&T model and there's no obvious reason why they should be delayed.
T-Mobile does seem to have gotten quite a few phones allocated from Apple, so maybe they didn't have a supply ready for launch day. Who knows.
Is the reservation number a thing that we should be waiting on? I just have my Check-in window and order number. I just figured that was all I would need
