This absolutely stinks and I would be fuming!! I don't know this works anymore. I used to work at a large online music retailer ages ago just outside Philly, folded in 2001. But If UPS, FedEx, USPS any carrier failed to deliver, there were no nonsense investigations...we, the company were ultimately responsible and would rectify it immediately. Apple chooses these carriers..therefore the responsibility should be solely on Apple. It's a phone you purchased for well over 900-1000K total..Apple has more money than God to replace it immediately and they can deal with the carrier and the lost phone.Yeah, I am on chat with Apple now.
