They are shipped via NEXT DAY AIR SAVER so you will get it on 9/21 if you ordered by 12:45AM PST and have a 9/21 delivery date.

Relax ppl. Right now, if you ordered a 16GB phone its been sitting in a warehouse already. They are prepping the orders and assigning them tracking numbers. If you got a 32 or 64 it may be directly coming from China when you track it.

This morning mine (ordered at 12:23AM PST) showed up on UPS. It says IL and its coming to NJ. It just says ORIGIN SCAN. When I tracked it this afternoon, it now updated (still hasnt "shipped") and shows my delivery city and shows NEXT DAY AIR SAVER. So it wont actually ship out until Thursday.

I've gotten my phone on launch day every time. Keep calm.

EDIT: ALSO, INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINDING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ARE ON PG 93.

why do you put so much effort into the formatting of your post?

Seems as if everyone who ordered an iPhone and had it origin in Nashville has begun to see it being shipped out. The Hong Kong flight should be landing in Alaska soon and for those in Addison, IL your packages are most likely being merged and hopefully by later tonight they will have another update.

If you can't see your tracking information and your order on Apple.com is still at "Preparing for Shipment" don't worry most likely your order HAS shipped but the systems on UPS/Fedex haven't picked it up do to the high volume. There is still about 4 days before launch day so don't worry.

Because ppl keep posting the same questions and concerns over and over in a sea of normal text.

It took you more "effort" (and myself to respond) to ask a stupid question, then it did for me to click a bold icon and a color icon and HELP people out.

Mine departed from TN again. I'm thinking it will say this everyday until Thursday when it will actually leave to get here since it is next day air saver

I'm starting to get kind of pissed off.. Why is it that everyone can track their precious but me.. WHERE IS MY iPHONE 5!!!!!!!!!

I've been able to track one of my phones using the method on page one (the other one doesn't register since i did it through att). Does apple send out the tracking number once it hits U.S. soil? The only thing I see on the apple site is that it's "Preparing for Shipment". I'm not worried. More of a curiosity thing.

I ordered mine around 3:10 or 3:20 AM Friday morning and cannot find squat about the order...

I got the confirmation email from apple with the Order # (saying that my order is being processed) and as of now, its still "preparing for shipment" (as it has been for the past day or so). Tried looking up info using the links given on page 1 (UPS and Apple Support) but absolutely NO luck :-(

I have to drive to Philly (from CT) somewhat early Friday morning and want to either have it delivered first thing or have it held at the UPS hub (where I used to work) to pick it up.

Does anyone have a UPS My Choice membership? It won't allow me to change the delivery address.

I found this on the site and believe this may be the reason I can't change the shipment address.

For example, if you purchase prescription medication, perishable items, or high value merchandise, the shipper may decide that certain change delivery options (e.g., Deliver to Another Address or Deliver to a UPS Retail Location) will not be available for that delivery.

note: I ordered two iPhone 5s and was able to change the shipment address on one phone while the order was processing, but the other order changed to, "preparing for shipment" before I could change the shipping address.

I was thinking of upgrading my membership thinking that would allow me to change the delivery address, but after reading the above I am questioning the upgrade.

For anyone else interested in the answer to this, UPS states international shipments cannot be changed using My Choice.

Why did I have to get a 32gb?!?!?

thanks for reminding me

Thanks AT&T for reminding me that I don't have my phone yet. I'm glad to know that you'd like to assist me in setting up my new phone that doesn't get here until Friday and I'm glad you sent this email on MONDAY!!
