I know in the past things have spent a day or so in Alaska going through customs. I would be surprised if the phones departed this quick. But then again I haven't seen stuff shipped through this world ease program.
Hey, the status afte processing is preparing for shipment right? Well, when its preparing for shipment, am i allowed to cancel my order or no?

We're currently preparing your order and, as a result, are unable to modify it at this point. If items are being shipped directly to you, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email. If items are being shipped to an Apple Store, we'll send you a Pickup Notification email when they're ready to pick up.
so if you did will call to UPS store, and it's 9/24 pickup, does anyone know what time that is? when they open? or end of day when they deliver it to the store?
Update for iPhone's in Addison, IL
So I was in the same boat as others where my third iPhone wouldn't show up under UPS's website when I used the reference number. I just checked again and all three iPhones are listed on there. So I am assuming for the others of you who were on the same boast as myself you should check your reference numbers and try again and you should see the third iPhone up there now. Hopefully these iPhones leave Addison, IL soon and make their route to the proper states then hubs.

Thanx. You think Apple will prepare my shipment by Fri? When i ordered mine it said shipping is 2 weeks, so probably not rite? If not i may cancel my order and try to pick one up at the Apple store, being there a few hours earlier.
Louisville, KY is the UPS World Port for North America. US Customs work can also be done in Louisville.
I ordered my Black 32GB iPhone 5 at 12:01AM PT on Sept 14th. From what it looks like, it's on the same plane as some of yours. Left China at 7:01AM 9/16 >Hong Kong >Korea >arrived in Anchorage AK at 12:44PM 9/17. From what I've heard, it should be getting to my local hub in the next few day but they will hold it an put it on a truck on Friday for delivery. CANT WAIT..!!
i'm really surprised apple didn't use fedex this time..or at least so far. i wonder who's shipments will be with fedex.
Alrigght thanx. Im probably gona go to a store on Friday early and check if my iphone shipped - if it did i will go back home and if it didnt cancel the order from my phone then purchase one in store
Mine too. I wonder where it goes next. My bet is they are moving the crates to UPS81 which departs from Anchorage to Louisville in a few minutes.
Mine is in Anchorage, AK as of 3:06. It's still scheduled to be delivered by 10:30AM on Friday.
Have you checked ups.com to see if you have a tracking number? Your previous post seemed to indicate that your order status is "preparing to ship." Is that correct?
