So I was in the same boat as others where my third iPhone wouldn't show up under UPS's website when I used the reference number. I just checked again and all three iPhones are listed on there. So I am assuming for the others of you who were on the same boast as myself you should check your reference numbers and try again and you should see the third iPhone up there now. Hopefully these iPhones leave Addison, IL soon and make their route to the proper states then hubs.

Thanks, my two phones are probably being packaged for shipment there, although I can't see them in the reference number for the tracking number yet. I suspect they just have a label printed with my shipping address slapped on a box waiting for one or both phones. Only one shows up on "my support".

Interesting thing I noticed: when I tracked using UPS's site without logging in, the tracking info says "9/21 by the end of the day".

But when I log into UPS My Choice and see the FULL tracking info (including my address), the track info says:

Scheduled Delivery:
Friday, 09/21/2012, by 10:30 AM

FYI BOTH instances (logged in AND off) show it ships via Worldwide Express which does say "delivery by 10:30AM or 12 noon"

not a single one has shipped from Canada, and trying to find the tracking information via the phone number or reference is useless - turns up zero results..... would be funny to see Apple's site turn to "Shipped", i load the tracking number up and see that it is in my City being held for delivery on Friday! Now that would be something else. :D:D:D:D:eek::eek::eek:

haha, i just literally did the same thing, i logged in with safari and then went to chrome w/o logging in and i got the same thing as you. sooo yeah, idk which to go off of. obviously fingers crossed for 1030am!! :)

Repost...posted this in ATT by mistake...aghhhhh frustration.

Online at 11:55pm..apple site still down so ordered from my phone.

Get an email with reservation and was told I would get directions to complete the order.

Got the directions stating I had till the 15th at 5pm to complete...treid doing so several times from 8am the 14th all the way to 5pm the 15th...still could not complete the order. Phone came up...could pick a data plan...then got could not connect with At&T or something like that.

Talked to several people at 1-800-MY-APPLE and they said to just keep trying. Finally a guy said he would contact his boss and see what he coudl do to extend the reservation. Called me back and said to just put the order in again and he would expedite the ship date with notes. As of now it says I will receive the 10-16th of October...!!! but he said it could take till today to update with the 21st of September...not confident that will happen...

Now I get and email to accept the AT&T terms and conditions...get a site to do so and it cannot find the order ...the order does show on the apple site so I hope all is good...

this is absolute crap...I feel that we should get to go in with our reservation number and pick up at apple the 21st for all the bull we are going through...
 
My 64GB White/Silver AT&T production week 37 left China on the 17th delivers the 21. Still says preparing to ship at apple. Any idea of what flight my phone is on?
