My order was placed at 3:17AM and still showing processing.
I got the email stating my order was being processed immediately after hitting submit, but nothing else

I checked my bank and see the hold for the amount of the phone.
Looks like I should not be worried since they have a hold and others are seeing the same thing here?
My ship date still shows the 21st
 
How did you guys get 1-800-MY-Apple to put you on hold? When it says it will transfer me to a live rep, it says they're busy and hangs up without putting me on hold. I will freaking hold!

hate is a strong word. yet you will continue to buy their products. lol. too many people on this b1tching. be a little bit understanding that technical difficulties occur when thousands and thousands of orders are being done in one day. it DOES take actual manpower to go through orders and confirm orders. it's like early afternoon right now. give me a break people. CHILL OUTT with this "omg it's still processing!!" LOLLLL
 
Got up 2:40am EST. Had Safari open and ready with the auto-refresh extensiion installed and set to 30 seconds, hit Start.

Store popped up online around 3:05 and my order went smoothly and quickly. Not one complaint.

Sept 21st delivery!!! Can't wait!!

Delivers Oct 4 via Standard Shipping

I'm now :( I was hoping to get 9/21 delivery date. So I guess no more possibility that delivery date might change at all :confused:

Here's to hoping so. I'm set for Oct.5th. I still think/know it's going to come in sooner but the question is how much sooner.
 
16GB Slate/Black AT&T, ordered 03:10 EDT, processing, delivers 9/21.

After much deliberation on whether I was even going to get one this go round, I decided to grab a 16GB instead of my previous 64GB 4S since I have all my tunes in iTunes Match and I was only using like 7GB of my 64GB before. I'm really only getting the phone for dev purposes at this point... still very disappointed with Apple's safe approach to the 5.
 
When people go to their order on Apple (AT&T), what does it say for rate plan? Mine just says 2GB $25, even though I had a $30 3GB plan.
 
My credit card shows a 2nd charge from Apple for $20.75... anyone else have this issue?

This may be an obvious question, but did you by chance order an extra cable separately from your phone? I ordered one yesterday afternoon & promptly forgot about it; this morning, when the $23+ charge showed up, I was like, "What a weird pre-auth amount!"

Or it could just be a weird pre-auth amount. :) or AppleCare, or something along those lines.
 
For those who want to check the order status but are getting the error....clear cookies/cache/etc and mine popped right up!
 
Ordered first thing this morning 8AM using the iPhone App. 16GB White Unlocked - currently processing and delivers 21/9 :D
 
3:01am EST placed order via iPhone app, worked almost flawlessly. Noticed that it wouldnt allow me to change my shipping address from my PO Box my carrier has listed. Decided (at 3am half asleep mind you) that I was just going to hit submit. I had no prior knowledge of Apple not shipping to PO Boxes.

3:06am recieved confirmation email from apple, 9/21 arrival.

8:00am arrived at work, login to check order status "there is a problem with your shipping address, we cant ship to PO boxes, please call us...etc"

8:01am I call, wait on hold for 35 minutes. Speak to someone who changes my address and assures me everything is fine.

9:06am I recieve and email from apple saying that they have been trying to contact me that there is a "problem with my shipping address, we cant ship to PO boxes, please call us...etc"

9:07 I call....again. I get the "we cant accept your call due to high volume message"

10:30ish I finally get through, after 45 minutes of hold time. Speak to someone who changes my billing address (the person I talked to previously changed my shipping AND billing address to the same, when its not) This person assures me nothing was held up and that everything is perfectly fine.

3:15 I login to apple store to check status, "there is a problem with your shipping address, we cant ship to PO boxes, please call us...etc"

Seriously Apple? Am I going to have to call again? Did I waste my time getting up at 3:00 to preorder this thing?
 
I ordered the black 32gb at&t version at apple.com at 3:30 am. It is now showing "ships on october 5". :mad:

purchased around midnight from both apple.com and AT&t. I got confirmation emails from both of them. Only Apple has charged my card so far.

1. will i actually be able to receive 2 iphones?
2. I purchased the phone from apple w/o using my AppleID, how the hella can i update the shipping address? I tried to create a new AppleID for this phone but its saying that the appleid isnt linked to the purchase and therefore cant be changed.

Last year AT&T charged my card over a week after I had my new phone in hand. I wouldn't worry about it. You'll most likely get both.
