Have any AT&T customers received their CSS emails yet confirming their new contracts? I know for the 4 those came out prior to the shipping emails. I haven't received anything yet.

Here is what I have:

9/14/12 12:15 am PST -Ordered iPhone 5 16g black/slate
9/17/12 - Status changed to "Preparing for Shipment" (and Holiday Shipping)
9/17/12 - iPhone 5 showed up on support profile
9/18/12 - Found tracking info on UPS using my phone number

Check your spam folder...especially your ISP's spam folder, if you have RoadRunner service...that is where I finally located mine

It was sent from AT&T on Saturday morning (after ordering, through Apple, just after 3am ET on Friday).

We all knew this. Why are you annoying them? I hope they spit on your iPhone.

I am just trying to help. Many members didn't know what was going on with their shipments since they suddenly stopped getting updates on their tracking. I am not annoying them, if you thoroughly read my post you would realize I use to work for them. Also, you didn't ALL know this otherwise this thread would be junked. If you know everything why don't you tell us where the shipments are going to be housed????

Exactly, you don't. They are going to be house at Grade Lane H, KY down the street from UPS Worldport in Louisville, KY.

Mine is 64GB black GSM and like I said is still processing too.

The weight says .90 lbs.

I have not seen any this high. Most are .40lbs.

Did I get 2?

It's a conversion issue, 0.90 Lbs is equal to 0.40 kilo grams. My 32G iPhone is listed as .40 kilo grams.

Same here, more or less. I ordered a 32GB Black & Slate (GSM) phone around 7:30am here in Florida. Silly me, I figured waiting until the morning (vs. getting up at 3am) wouldn't be a problem...

I'm pretty sure I won't be getting my phone on the 21st - but I wonder how likely it is that the phone will really not arrive until the 5th of October?

Does anyone have an expected delivery date during the week of Sept. 24-28? (If you do, it makes me think maybe Apple really does mean 10/5, and I should cancel my order and go get in line at a store. Right away. )

So I've recently been checking to see if it's been shipped through Apple. All I can see is "Preparing for Shipment," and it's been like that since this weekend. I called Apple, and that's all they could see as well.
I did what the first orginial post said by tracking it through UPS with the phone number that I bought it for...nothing. Then, I looked it up by the phone number that is also used through iTunes (which it also says to do), and it has departed from Alaska! (YAY!)
My thing is why does it still say "Preparing for Shipment" on the Apple website? & I never got an e-mail either... Has this happened to anyone else?!

Having followed my phone from China through Korea and Alaska to Louisville, I gather than Apple does not consider the Asia to Kentucky trip as part of the shipping. That must be why we are all still on "Preparing for Shipment". We should start seeing this change tomorrow and Thursday.

Just checked UPS with my phone number! Still in China! It'll be next day air to the states! I drive for UPS so I think I may be the first here in the USA to get my phone! Lol I'm gonna get it off the truck at 745 in the morning! Lol 32g black n slate!

Preordered mine @ 2:15 AM CST on Friday, got a confirmation email and money came out of my account frighteningly fast.
I've yet to receive shipment notification email, however.
Just checked UPS using my phone number and zip, and my black 64GB on Verizon is just biding its time in Nashville, on time to arrive on Friday. Reckon it'll move out tomorrow? Maybe Thursday?
Anyway, in case you're going through the same thing, there is hope. Check UPS!

My UPS tracking just updated, my second phone left Addison 9PM yesterday and arrived in Louisville at 3:51 AM. My first phone hasn't reported for duty in Louisville yet.
