Ordered a white 64gb for AT&T from the apple store app on my iPhone on the 14th. Received confirmation at 12:06 PST with a delivery date of 9/21. Shipped from China and is now in Louisville as of 10:17 am EST on UPS flight 2997. UPS has not updated the arrival status yet. The CC charge has cleared my bank as of yesterday. I received my AT&T bill today and the upgrade charge of $36 was applied on the 14th.

Mine's been in Louisville since midnight last night and doesn't have a departure scan so it's definitely being held there for at least today if not longer. Final destination is South Florida which is only 2 1/2 hours by plane.

My iPhone is in the future. Departed Nashville at 8 PM. A) It's 7:40 PM EDT. B) Nashville is central. ;)

I can't imagine hundreds of these pallets setting in Louisville.

Well someone posted that they are in a pretty big local warehouse. No reports of any party activity yet.

Ordered both my wife and I iPhone 5's within 10 minutes of them opening for preorder early that morning.

I'm getting the 64 and she the 16. Both still say "preparing for shipment" and are due to arrive on the 21st.

I've tried every number I imaginable in the UPS tracking and I'm seeing nothing. Tried my order number for each phone, ya know, the W**** number and I've also tried the phone number associated with my itunes account.

Still nothing.

I'm kind of in the boat of , 'eh, I don't care as long as it's here the 21st', but now I'm maybe slightly concerned because all of you are seeing shipping logs and know exactly where your phones are and I have no earthly idea! I don't care if it's still on a plane from china, I just wanna know, lol. This whole tracking thing has intrigued me and now I'm reaching the point that I'm actually worried I can't find any info. Maybe I'll just call Apple up and ask for my shipping info.

Whew, breathe deeply, releeeease, it's going to be okay, :D.

Placed my order from the Apple Store app which went live before 12 for me and I got an email at 12. Black, 64Gig, ATT. It's hanging out in KY with a bunch of others.

Anyone doing the math of how many iPhone boxes can fit on the pallet?

You only need about 8,000 square feet of floor space to store 100 of these pallets three high.

++I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory++

Dude, literally.....the best thing you can do, is just walk way from the forum and enjoy your phone on Friday. This thread, and those like it are a breeding ground for stress headaches and ulcers. Heh. Good luck! :D

Lucky am I.

Last year I awoke around 2:30 as is usually the case, ordered 2 iPhone 4s's with no problem. Went back to bed. Next morning I read that sites were mostly down til around 1:30 am. Fig'd I had good timing. This year my plan was same, except I woke at 11:45, tried to go back to sleep and couldn't. Saw it was nearly midnight and decided to give it a try. Got in about 12:05 and ordered two 5's. (Thank goodness for that extra O'douls).

.

Did you get serial numbers?

UPS has been slow to post updates today. It took them 15 hours for one of my phones.

Yeah I would not worry about it too much as stated above just leave the forum and patiently wait for Friday. I am sort of in the same situation as you are. My online status JUST changed to preparing to ship today. Although I was worried It does state it will be shipped out with the holiday method and still says be delivered on the 21st. Apple knows what they are doing. Having close to 2 millions pre orders are a lot to handle in one week timing.

My Addison package just arrived in Kentucky a little while ago, I figured that is where it was going before it goes local.

Try this.

You have to tap "tracking" in the very top bar of the UPS page, then on left column select "track by reference". Enter phone number associated in your iTunes account settings in the "Shipment Reference" box. *Enter nothing else, then hit track.
