Worry is a relative state of mind...
Seriously, what does yours say? If still "processing" on the Apple site, you may want to call them and make sure there is not a hold for some reason. Mine had a hold after the first day that I called about and cleared up. It is now showing preparing for shipment and I have a serial number on the apple product support page. The UPS tracking info is also there by accessing it with my apple account registered phone number.

It says processing. A few days back it said preparing for shipping for a few hours then back to processing. I already have been charged the whole amount (pending still).
