Seriously, what does yours say? If still "processing" on the Apple site, you may want to call them and make sure there is not a hold for some reason. Mine had a hold after the first day that I called about and cleared up. It is now showing preparing for shipment and I have a serial number on the apple product support page. The UPS tracking info is also there by accessing it with my apple account registered phone number.

It says processing. A few days back it said preparing for shipping for a few hours then back to processing. I already have been charged the whole amount (pending still).

Don't have a clue why it would go from "preparing for shipment" to "processing". Better call Apple and find out.

See the OP for the answer to your question about the serial number.

I now have a full charge on my credit card. I"m awaiting my status change to "Shipped". I ordered at 3:01am est the 14th.
 
My phone is sitting in Kentucky for delivery 9/21, but the pending charge on my card has disappeared and it's not under "recent activity" either. Maybe I'm getting it for free?
 
My card also has been fully charged. :cool:

Anyone know if you are able to track macbook pros through UPS also using the order number?

That wasn't a charge, it was an authorization to make sure funds were available. Don't worry your CC will be charged

Also, not really questioning the validity as much as trying to prove a point. Trying to think of how we would even go about verifying???

Last year I had my new 4S in hand a full week before I was charged. Don't count on it.
 
Mine still says "Preparing for Shipment", and I ordered by 3:15am EST at release. I'm guessing either the system is just slow in updating or they're doing them in waves. I'm not sure if I should call and verify or let it go for now.

This is exactly what the AT&T rep told me a couple of days ago. I have to do the swap quickly on Friday as the person I'm swapping with is flying out of town early Sat am but the rep also said it would be fast. Only worry is that the AT&T lines and store will be slammed on Sept 21.

I kind of want to call but feel stupid doing so. That and my phone wont finish the iOS 6 upgrade.

Do you have the UPS Pre-Sign release form available? A lot of us on here need it before Friday.

There should be movement with the Louisville orders later tonight (Midnight), depending on final destination. My guess is that mine will be on a truck tomorrow morning to Addison, then to my local distribution center.
