No but 6pm UK Time my status changed to "Shipped" and I got the email notification so I am guessing Apple will be true to form and make sure everyone's is at the same time . I hope so!

It says delevery by 1030 or 12 noon. Th would be nice bc my ups guy comes so late. He's come as late as 830 in the middle of the summer. FedEx comes around 11am here. That's what I was hoping it would be shipped with. I'm hoping maybe ups will start extra early Friday

Should be 6pm already EST. Some of you should check your order status on your Apple account as the email notification came 10 mins after my status updated.
Rather than wait for the email , go check!
I live in LA which is 3 hours behind EST
3 hours wait will fly by if you take an afternoon nap? or watched a movie. I try to take my mind off things like this by distracting myself.
And right now I am going to bed , it's past 11pm and hopefully by morning we will all have good news!
I'm wondering if they'll all go out 6 PM PDT. I'm in CDT so another 47 minutes.

im assuming they'll go out at 6 PM PDT since everything else apple does is also based on that time (like the preorders for this iphone for example)

Ordered mine at 5pm EST on the first day you could preorder. Can't believe I have to wait till Oct. 5th! Any chance it'll ship earlier? Anyone, who ordered around the same time.. has your order changed yet?

Next day UPS delivery is a different truck than the regular UPS ground deliveries.
