When you load the site there is a facebook login icon, click that and you will be presented with the form to add your order.
After that, just return to the site and it should bring you where you do. Otherwise, do the same as above.
Ordered around 2:04, maybe 2:05 Central Time immediately after the preorder page went up. Got through very quickly without any problems, which was a surprise after my problems with preordering the 3rd gen. iPad earlier this year.
Anyways, went with 32GB white on AT&T. Order switched to preparing for shipment early yesterday morning. Delivery on the 21st with standard shipping.

Ordered my 32Gig White via the Apple Store app on my iPhone at 3:11am Eastern Time. Got confirmation email at 3:19am. Mine says preparing for shipment. Delivers 9/21 via standard delivery.
Blah, I just realized that sharethis was conflicting with facebook login, no wonder there has been so few people using the site since the Retina Macbook Pros.

Pre-ordered a 16GB, Black, AT&T from the Apple Store app and got my confirmation email at 3:07 eastern time. My status is STILL "processing items" and as of last night my shipping method was changed to Holiday Shipping for Delivery on 9/21. My card has a pending transaction on it as well. 
Oh and I received the email this morning about purchasing Applecare +.

Thats funny how you said that because I felt the same way . Now it finally changed to preparing for shipment, for some reason I feel much better lol, smh. Probably doesn't make a difference but I feel relief. Still have another week to go !

After having gone thru this for each new release of the iPhone and iPad it all magically comes together and they will deliver on the 21st if that is your promised delivery date regardless of what your shipping status or shipping method currently states.

That is what my status says. I ordered two phones (separate orders) and only changed my shipping address on one of the orders. The one that I left alone says "prepared for shipment" with standard shipping, but the one where I changed the address still says "processing items" with holiday shipping.
You guys do realize that it basically went up for sale YESTERDAY. Things take time, Mine is still processing, switched to holiday shipping (which means 2-3 days) and im not worried. Relax, and put ductape over the f5 key.

IT does seem they are trickling down from high to low, A lot of what I am reading is that a lot of 64gb have prepared, I think this is how it was for the 4s too.

I too have delivery on 9/21 and received the email for AppleCare+. I replied, and am now wondering what happens next. Do they just add it to the order? Is it a seperate transaction? I haven't heard anything since I replied.
I got my issue resolved finally, did you order via the iPhone app?
Apparently you agree to the "terms and conditions" on the app when you hit submit. The problem was that apple wasnt recognizing that as you agreeing and flagged it. You're going to have to explain that to them (sadly) unless you get someone who has experienced it before or they're going to be clueless.
I had to call and demand an answer, after 6 calls.
Apple care is attached to the phone serial. You dont receive anything in the mail to register since its registered with the phone when you buy it.
