In my case one is 16GB White and the other is 16GB Black. One phone number, two orders and I can only pull up one tracking number and it only shows one package at this time.
I am going to tell them that when I upgraded my 2-year contract had expired. I was free to move my business to Verizon and get the phone with out the $36 upgrade but I didn't. I would appreciate not being penalized for being a loyal customer.
Yeah, then want $4.99. And for my extremely limited needs, the UPS and FedEx websites suffice.

Either TNT, UPS or unlikely FedEx.
I ordered my Verizon 64gb black via the Apple Store app at 12:02 PST yesterday. I am still on "processing items". It still says delivering 9/21 but not sure why I'm lagging.
Thanks for the tracking tips, it work both on my phone number and order number, mine was shipped at 3pm hawaii time/9pm EST from UPS

I ordered on 0120hrs on release and I fell under the "2 weeks" group BUT it estimates a delivery of 5 October... 3 Weeks!
