UPS are the only courier that reliably delivers in my area. TNT and UK mail both pull the "card left" scam where the driver doesn't actually turn up but they say he left a card. If one of these two are delivering this time then my phone won't turn up until I fetch it on Saturday.

My AT&T 64GB White / Silver is still processing and mine says delivers by 9.21.12.
Another post said that the still processing iPhones are shipping from TN in USA and not China.
My contract end date has already been update to ending in 9.14.14
Don't expect the TN to be valid. The Apple pre-orders are coming directly from China and still have lots of time to get here for Friday delivery.

Last year I ordered from AT&T. My UPS tracking shows my delivery date....nothing more. It never even showed up in the systems before my actual delivery date. I think I was too excited to bother checking the label to see if it came from TN or China.
Ahh, AT&T orders will not show shipping from China. AT&T, Sprint and Verizon get bulk orders from China and then they break them down into individual orders. AT&T uses their Distribution cener in Ft. Worth, TX. This is also why AT&T orders don't get early tracking information. The AT&T consumer only sees the TX as the origin.

I ordered via Apple's mobile store and I received my AppleCare+ email request today...

32gb white verizon....yes...still processing. who the hell knows what they are doing this year. its very possible they had an early shipment to the states thursday/friday and we just happen to get on that list while all the others are getting ones still in china. then again this may be fake where, I'm sure we still get it on time.

We are basically in the same boat...2:19am central. still processing. 32gb white. delivers 9/21 but mine doesn't list a shipped type. just says "Delivers 9/21" not sure why the "standard shipping" text went away. hopefully we see a change Sunday into Monday. I'll feel better once I know that I've been charged successfully and the next step starts.
Whats it mean if the standard shipping text completely goes away but still says Delivers 9/21?
If you press order status in the email you received then when the Apple page opens on the left side press view / edit order details, under your address it should say the delivery method, mine says standard, but doesn't say anything near the "preparing for shipment area".
Mine turned to preparing for shipment today, FedEx and UPS return nothing.
Ditto except mine went to preparing for shipment Friday night.
Agreed but both of their customer service departments back the drivers and say that I must have lost the card.
In return I use my influence at the companies I consult at to encourage them use use UPS or even better DPD (the best courier company in the UK)
My tracking info just showed up! Wasn't there 5 minutes ago and my overly obsessive compulsive nature checked one more time.

It makes no sense, mine was one of the very first to go to prepared for shipment on friday.
