Call to confirm that some iPhone 5s are in the US? Really?
I think that the screenshots are tell-all in this situation. Do people really need to call apple to ask, "so, are some of the iPhone 5s in the US already?" LOL.
I don't think it really matters so long as it arrives by 9/21. 
It is likely them having the order number being cut off on some, as mine was, it showed the whole thing minus the last two numbers.
If you log into ups.com and search for both individually, you will likely see that one is going to you and has your phone# and the other is someone else's.
I got three UPS tabs open. 1 searching my Apple order phone number, 1 searching the phone number attached to the phone I ordered, and 1 searching the web order number. One has got to hit!

It's pretty interesting, I have a buddy who's order went in 2 minutes before mine and he's still stuck in processing and a buddy who's order went in 5 minutes after and his just showed up on UPS. All the exact same model, on the same carrier, going to the same zip code.

Haven't been able to find my tracking information
Tried my phone number, the billing phone number, the order number, and the order number with the last two digits cut off. Nothing, nadda, ziltch.
Mine has been preparing for shipment since early AM Saturday. My serial number does show up on the support page though.

UPS is now reporting my two orders, both show the same scans, just slightly different times.

Has anyone in the NJ or NYC area received a tracking # yet??? Im stuck on "preparing". Last time it was Fedex, I'm viewing all UPS this time.

I think this might be the key - my charge is still pending too. Certain credit cards might authorize it faster?
Sulp Fiction, I ordered mine from the AT&T Website. They were still showing shipment guaranteed by 9.21.12 up until about 10:30 a.m. PST. I'm in california. They said it's too late to cancel the order, but I can always refuse it and just go Friday morning and buy it in the store.
My phone is still processing 32 GB Black with a Delivery date of 9/21 with holiday shipping. I'm a little nervous because I am changing from ATT to Verizon on this phone and I have no real way to verify that the verizon account has been created and I changed my shipping address from my home to my work and I haven't received any emails other then the order confirmation and the change of address email.
Good point. I don't really know why it is still pending. I hope our charges go through soon and we can test this theory!

Not to worry. The last time some here were processing right up until the day before delivery. You status is delivery on the 21st, unless a plane or two crashes, not to worry.
Beard faced - we have basically the exact same situation. I am ordering a 32 GB Black and switching from ATT to Verizon, and at some point I changed my shipping address. Still showing 9/21 with Holiday shipping.
