Call to confirm that some iPhone 5s are in the US? Really?

I think that the screenshots are tell-all in this situation. Do people really need to call apple to ask, "so, are some of the iPhone 5s in the US already?" LOL. I don't think it really matters so long as it arrives by 9/21.

Don't really care about your opinion. Yes, really. You can be nice about it and be excited like I am or you can just be an angry little person no one wants to be around.

I got my order in for my 64gb Verizon model 3 minutes after preorders opened and I'm still listed as "Processing Items". Still says a delivery date of 9/21 though, so I'm not worried. I even took a day of Annual Leave from work to make sure I was here when FedEx got here.

I ordered my 32gb sprint iphone 5 from apple.com and received my confirmation email at 3:54a est. At time of purchase, it said 9/21 delivery, confirmation email says 2 weeks. Current status says delivery on Oct 5th (it's already changed 3 times from 2 weeks to Oct 5th to Oct 2nd and now back to Oct 5.) No idea when it will arrive...

From reading all the posts, I'm going to assume that all those who have Holiday Shipping as the Shipping Method have their phones in Tenesse, where those with Standard Shipping have their phones coming from China.

I'm going to assume I'm wrong, but anyone have a Holiday Shipping phone coming from China?

Checked my status and there was an ATTENTION: unable to authorize card.. stupid me I used my AMEX gift card for the full amount and it got denied because of the pre auth charge.. called Apple and had it fixed and should still be delivered on 9/21

Fingers crossed its here on Tuesday!!!! Doubt it though.

They are all shipped overnight. They will make it to ur local hub and be held until Thursday night. No more early arrivals. But u can still hope.

Go to ups.com, click tracking, and track by reference. Type in your phone number. Your Tracking # will be at the top of the page.

Departure and Arrival Scan are exactly the same as mine. Since the UPS rep told me it's in customs, maybe ZhengZhou is where the packages pass through customs. My order status still says Preparing for Shipment-maybe that will change once the package is through customs, or Apple is just swamped and it's taking time to update the status.

I was prepared for shipment yesterday morning and my tracking number isnt coming up on UPS or FedEx

Customs information gets entered before it leaves the country (in this case Hong Kong in China). Then it goes through Anchorage, Alaska for sorting and customs checks, then gets moved on to Memphis. In Memphis (for the past iPhone launches) it seems that this is where all of the custom's acceptances get finalized. Basically since it is imported and at that point it is at the final checkpoint for them, they finalize all of the information and accept it.

I tracked mine and it came up. It shows that a label was created, but it shows I have two packages?!

Looks like my white 64GB is on the way! Its a GSM model being delivered to AZ. I got the order through at about 20 after midnight.
