It was in stage one last night; but now I can't access the Order Status page; keeps telling me something went wrong with my request. Anyone having similar issues?

It's somewhat irritating that a lot of people woke up (or stayed up) and couldnt get an order through for 1 to 2 hour after the official start and now have October delivery dates.
But I could go to att.com right now, 9 hours later and get it Sept. 21st.
Hopefully Apple has the supply to get the early birds their phones on the 21st.
My cool factor will go down a few notches if I dont get it on the first day!

It won't even let me log-in to see order status at 8:54am PST. Get this message: Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later.

Edit: Yes, it's processing/pending. But there's no $1 charge or anything, it's the full amount.

Mine is still in processing. Are you sure it isn't just processing? They shouldn't charge you until it ships.
you guys are makin me nervous, my order status keeps alternating between a delightful confirmation of my sept 21 delivery date and an annoying something went wrong blah blah error. were your ccs charged the full amt yet? and i'm still in processing.

Ordered white 64GB ATT, at 4am est. Processing. Delivery date Oct 5th. 🙁

I ordered at 2:43 AM CST from Apple.com and all through the process it showed 9/21 delivery date. After I submitted it suddenly became the two week thing.
I checked my order status online about an hour ago and it showed processing with a delivery date of 10/5 (ugh). The order status page doesn't work now.
I did just check my CC and just within the past couple of hours I've been charged the full $702. *edit* let me clarify this $702 is showing as pending. But at about 7 am this morning before work it was just the little dollar some-odd charge pending
Weirdly enough, last year they briefly charged me the full amount and then it disappeared. They didn't then re-charge me for a solid 2 months after that. It was really odd.
Had to change my shipping address this morning, but all is well now. Here's to hoping they arrive a day early?!
finally got in via the Apple store app around 12:40am PST time for a black 32gb on att, my email showed 9/21 delivery date but trying to check on apple.com now and everything's down on the account and order status side.

Ordered through apple at 3:41am, finally said ordered received and still says deliver 9/21, now says processing earlier this morning with a delivery date of 9/21, hope this doesn't change. I feel I just made the cutoff from 2 weeks by like 10 minutes when looking at other peoples posts.
