No one.. I just got off chat support with UPS, and it went a little something like this:

Nanette D.: Just a moment while I look into that for you.

Chris: It left nashville, TN yesterday using next day air saver and should be delivered no later than tuesday.. but the delivery date says 9/21

Nanette D.: I'm just doing some research, one moment.

Chris: k

Nanette D.: Thanks you for your patience. Apple is not releasing these packages until 09/21/12.

Chris: Oh, that stinks. I am going to be leaving the state on Wednesday... Is there any way I can go to my hub and pick it up early?

Nanette D.: No, sorry. We have a contract with apple that will not allow that.

has anyone that ordered around 4:30AM EST either a) had their shipment go beyond "processing" or b) had their delivery date moved up?

There's a UPS flight that left Hong Kong at 9:44PM local time.. Arrives in Anchorage at 12:55 Alaska time (4:55 PM EDT)

Mine too!!

It looks like flight UPS69 left Chek Lap Kok at 9:44 PM (Hong Kong time) and is scheduled to arrive in Anchorage at 12:55 PM (Anchorage time) today.

Mine departed from there also just an hour ago!
I'm gonna assume its going to Alaska if it goes by how they did it last year but anything can change I guess. Good to know its moving though.

Looks like UPS 069 or UPS 059 headed out around the correct time, headed to Anchorage

Checking flightaware, UPS 069 is scheduled to land in Anchorage at 12:55pm AKDT. Which is about 6 hours from now

UPS 059 doesn't show up on flightaware yet,

Early Order - Sprint - Preparing

Hi y'all. I've been stalking the forum for a day or so and finally decided to post.

I ordered a 16gb white (Sprint) thru Apple App at 3:17am est. I received my email stating it would be delivered on 09/21. On my Apple Account page it shows that it will also be delivered on 09/21. My status changed to Preparing for Shipment a little over a day ago. My Bank of America account is still processing the payment, but it hasn't been taken out by Apple yet. No information on UPS nor on the Apple MySupport page.

Wanted to give y'all my updates :eek:

Pre-ordered mine at 3:13AM EST on Friday, (32GB Black AT&T). marked as preparing for shipment on Saturday morning by the time I woke up (about 9:00 AM) and is still listed as "preparing for shipment" but I was able to start tracking it yesterday using my phone number. Current shipping status with UPS is that it departed Incheon, South Korea, at 11:12PM today. Don't know the time difference between east coast and Incheon, but I'm guessing it's 13-14 hours ahead there, which would make it 9:12 or 10:12AM when it departed Incheon.

Edit: Current time in Incheon is 11:45 PM, so they're 13 hours ahead there.

My iPhone 5 32gb order changed yesterday from "Preparing for Shipment" to "Processing Items" Should I worry???:eek:
 
ATT pre-order experience.

I pre-ordered at launch the iphone 4 and 4s.

For those worrying about their order status and shipping status.

ATT does not send tracking info until the phone has shipped. With the iphone 4 I actually had the phone arrive at my house before I received the tracking info. With the 4s I received an email at about 3AM on the launch day with tracking and received the phone that afternoon. ATT ships Fed Ex overnight or whatever they call the service to get the phone to you on launch.

Also if your status has changed or changes from backordered-1 to backordered-0 you will be receiving your phone on launch day.

Also calling ATT customer service is a waste of time... they really have no clue and will "tell you what you want to hear" in most cases.

This probably needs to be put on the ATT preorder thread, not the Apple one.
