I feel like they rushed everything else to get to Ipad. They should have spent more time on the Airtags and Apple TV and addressed the question many people are probably asking, which is is the new remote backwards compatible and can it be sold separately.

That answer is going to be 100% no. You know how Apple operates.

I was watching for the iPad mini. I am excited about the updates on the 12.9 Pro, I expected the display updates after reading rumors here but had no idea they were ready to include the M1. I was really hoping the mini would get its pro sale redesign but I guess thats in the future. iMac looks great, I like the blue but I dont want to "step back" to a 24" considering I already have a 27". Maybe the future will offer a 30" design in the 27" body size.

I just read through the Apple Newsroom release for that one, wondering the same thing. Found it at the bottom of the story, but sold separately...YES. $59 and is "compatible with the previous-generation Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD".

Gotta believe some big changes will be coming to iPad OS at WWDC.

That's gonna be bad news for every other ipad.. up to 16 gb while everything else is still in the 2-4 range..

RAM is unclear, but storage options are up to 2TB.

Kinda my point. Like why not a plain black/gray color with black bezels. There is no place in my house that would not scream look at me I'm a Mac.

But in the pandemic we need happy colors blah blah.

Wait until you see the prices on the iMac and iPad Pro when you have to start loading them up with ram and storage, Because you can not upgrade them. Plus AppleCare Plus is a must. So better have twice the money you think you need to buy these products. I like the iPad Pro with retina, but my iPad is a secondary device to my Mac.
