Apple's list of reasons why the iPad Pro can replace a computer are as follows:
- It's more powerful than most computers.
- It's versatile. It's a scanner, camera, editing suite, notepad, cinema, music studio, book, and a computer.
- It goes anywhere thanks to LTE.
- It's as easy as this (with a focus on gestures).
- It's even better with Apple Pencil.
Not convincing just because Apple listed "Five" reasons - this is not a late night comedy show issue!
Most people have a desktop/laptop computer because they needed an internet access - iPad provides the same! So does my feature cellphone.
That alone does not make an iPad a computer.
Without going into the advance capabilities of a computer, just the physical access inconvenience and lack of ports (and their benefits) makes the latest iPad not a computer.
It is a wonderful and advanced gadget as we've never seen before.
Yet ... it is a toy that a minuscule % (0.00001) will use as a productive tool. The rest will be using it for FB, email, Youtube, etc. Nothing wrong with that.
