under ipod on itunes in INFO: you can now select to sync with google contacts instead of just yahoo.

Finder gets updated when you kill it via the Terminal.

Type in killall Finder and the Finder relaunches itself. Or if you have quicksilver you can do it with that.

Re-launch the Finder by typing "killall Finder" into a Terminal window. It's faster than rebooting and the only time you should have to reboot is for kernel updates (10.x.x updates which update the kernel as well).
