I called Apple Support and they said my pending Apple Music charge (which hit my credit card today) should come off and if it doesn’t within the next 1-2 days then I should call back. They also said if you upload music to the cloud that is not available in iTunes then you need iTunes Match (which is not included in Apple One).
It's not included in Apple One, but is included in Apple Music which is part of Apple One.

Yep - I just cancelled my 2TB subscription plan ($9.99/mo). I noticed my Apple TV subscription is still active too on my other account. So I'll have to cancel that too.

Dumb question but I must ask: by canceling the extra 2TB standalone plan, you didn't lose the data right?

I pulled the trigger on the premier. No complaints so far except the 3 free months of apple tv+. wonder if they'll do something with that. no biggie if not.

Definitely no discount due to your free tv+. And my storage didn’t stack. I didn’t have to do anything to keep my current 2TB plan.
Update:

i got full refunds for my Apple Music and news+ subscriptions. They show up in your purchase history. So looks like they go beyond prorating.

Haven’t seen refunds. iCloud storage says 4gb.

Well I just signed up and got a free 1 month trial (nice one Apple) so haven't been charged again. My Music/ATV sub will merge into Apple One this time next month and won't be charged for the double subscriptions.

Just need to cancel the current iCloud storage and I'm good to go.

So I already have the 2 TB iCloud plan. I’d like to sub to the Family bundle, but that only includes 200GB iCloud storage. How do I upgrade the bundle to 2 TB? After subscribing to Family bundle it shows my current iCloud storage as 2.2TB total. Want to just bump the 200 GB to 2 TB, not add it to the 2 TB I already have.

If I understand your question - yes. This was my exact thing. iTunes on AppleID#1, with all purchases, storage & iTunes Match. Family Apple Music, Arcade & AppleTV+ on AppleID#2. It asked me to reassociate my storage from AppleID#1 to AppleID#2 in the subscription wizard.

Thanks, have gone for it although its not asked me to do anything else around IDs, so I might just chat with Apple anyway.

Yeah - it just says it'll move to 0 next time my renewal is up. So I still have 4TB and the system is glitchy right now so it still shows my 2TB will renew - but if I edit it, it shows a darker circle on the NONE.

To answer your question: I still got 4TB and will until 11/9 (when my renewal is up) and I assume it'll go to NONE and I'll just have 2TB (from the Premier).

Problem. I had subs to family iCloud 2TB, family music, free AppleTV+, apple arcade, apple news. I switched to Apple One Premium.

1. All my service subscriptions correctly indicate they will end and be replaced with Apple One at the end of November. Thats fine.

2. The iCloud 2TB is the issue. Right now my family shares that with me. I have an apple ID account for media and purchases through iTunes, a separate Apple ID for myself (they are not the same, never have been), and an apple ID each for the other 3 members of my family. Everyone shares the current 2TB data pool. Right now settings shows that my $9.99 a month 2TB iCloud data package with renew on Nov 3rd and there is no indication it will be replaced by Apple One. Further when setting up Apple One it asked which family ID I wanted to associate the 2TB data package included in Apple One with... I could pick my media/store account, my personal account, or the personal account of any of my 3 family members. What does that mean? Is the 2TB of Apple One data NOT shared but everyone and all accounts? Is my separate $9.99 going to renew? I wonder what to do?

UPDATE!!! It seems my iCloud 2TB family plan was associated with my personal account and my Apple One associated with my media/store account. I was able to select the Apple One plan and CHANGE the iCloud 2TB association to my personal account and it then canceled my $9.99 family 2TB plan. Nothing was lost and all accounts continue to share the data. Had I missed this, and it would be very, very easy to... I would have been playing for Apple One PLUS $10 a month for 2TB of data. Check this if you have multiple accounts!

I was paying $14.99 for AM $9.99 2 TB storage and $4.99 for AA so premier was a no brainer for me. As soon as I hit subscribe I got multiple emails from PayPal saying Apple sent me a refund. My AM didn’t renew until tomorrow so it worked perfect for me. It also automatically removed my 2tb storage plan.

Thanks. Quite messy, but I guess I'll have to do the same. I am just terrorized of losing the data :)

So Happy for the Family Premiere Plan for sure. Of course, Apple took care of everything as well. Was individually subscribers to everything already and they automatically deleted those and rolled into one package now. I didn't have to do anything. So Happy Now.

No brainer of a subscription going for the Premiere tier, given I was already paying over £30 for just Music family, News+ and 2TB iCliud for my household. (Was also planning on paying for TV+ when the trial ended
In February). Thought I’d get in before Music and News+ renewed on 5th November.

Checking my purchase history, I’ve been charged for Apple One already (fine) and the only just paid 2 days ago 2TB iCloud storage payment has been refunded.

Well played Apple. Guess I’m even deeper into the ecosystem/walled garden than ever 😊
