Apple Preorder Status

Hmm. When I track my number via Package Tracker, it shows me that the phone is coming from Alaska straight to L.A.. I guess they must split them up by region, that makes sense. No point in it going to the midwest then coming all the way back to the West Coast. I guess my phone will be close to my house in a few hours.

Same here. Still saying by 10:30am tomorrow. I'm spending the day transferring photos off my old phone to clear a path for my new iPhone. Can't wait!

It was great to see your Packers win it all! Even though I'm a lifelong Giants fan, I am also a big fan of Aaron Rodgers (except when he is kicking my Giants' asses up and down the field haha) and am glad to see him get the big win.
 
I'm thinking mine might be on UPS2997 afterwards. Apparently it routes to Louisville, and then the packages get loaded onto Southwest to be flown back to Chicago for my local delivery. Unfortunately, that has a local arrival time here of 10, so it looks like definitely tomorrow.

Although my status still says "by 10:30am, Tuesday", I'll be thrilled as long as I have it before Thursday's big launch. BTW: Richard, are you a Cubs guy or White Sox?

We moved to the area in late 2009, so we (my wife and I) haven't finished picking allegiances yet. We pulled for the Packers last night, were undecided in the Bears vs. the Packers, and pulled for both the Sox and the Cubs last year (we wanted to go to a Cubs and Sox game last year, but didn't make it to the Sox yet). We can safely say we're pro Bulls and Blackhawks.
 
PS- for you guys posting that you're receiving them tomorrow this thread is for those of us who ordered directly from Apple not VZW.

So am I right to assume that the majoirty who ordered from vzw are getting their ip4's today and those who ordered from :apple: are getting em tomorrow? If this is the case then shame on :apple:.

I would have thought Apple would have had theirs delivered first. Oh well. One more day won't hurt...maybe =P

Me too. I just don't know now how it will get the rest of the way because there are no Chicago-bound flights leaving Louisville today.
 
Anyone know WTF is up with UPS 1550. I assume some of our phones are on it but it says it took off in Louisville and is landing in Louisville.
 
Just got off the phone with UPS, even though it says Tuesday that it wont be here until Wednesday... grrr
