Yes, ever since I updated to iOS 11.2, my GPS functionality no longer works. I updated to iOS 11.2.1 and it still does not work. Search the internet, and you find lots of people with iPhone 6 that have had this problem since the rollout of iOS 11, I was lucky in that it still worked for me on iOS 11 and 11.1, but 11.2 killed it for me.
I find that hard to believe. If GPS was killed for (a large number) of iPhone 6 users, it sure seems like that issue would of blown up by now or even made news media reports. Did Apple Support offer any help?

And they are fortunate unobservant users as aforementioned. And lucky at that. It's probably a blessing in dumpster fire QC 2017 Apple

High Sierra is an absolute embarrassment. Especially since it brings almost nothing new to the table

Same with iOS 11 on non X devices and non IPads. A worse experience for... almost nothing new? Great value prop

I miss the new OSX releases every 1.5-2 years. This yearly update cycle is a little aggressive and pointless.

Nothing of consequence really, more going by what various people have brought up in different threads in relation to iOS 11.2.

I rest my case. Exactly why so many comments are not from people actually experiencing anything let alone do they possibly not even own a device with issues.

I’m on a X with 11.2. Me - no obvious issues.

How about just fixing HomeKit.. since 11.0 its become so buggy.. I have automation with groups of lights and over the last few weeks, each night, a random light wont shut off or turn on. There is no rhyme or reason to the pattern. And when I go into the app for the device (ihome, leviton, koogeek) they all work fine, but HomeKit refuses to see the device.. and then like magic a few hours later, that device works properly again. Very annoying. This all worked (almost) flawlessly in iOS 10...

I just updated it on the iphoneX, now the UI is all laggy when trying to swipe up to show all apps. I now have to be SUPER slow for it to show up... Is it just me?

Only though iOS 10 was not a great version of iOS. It was an eyesore and a UI circus.
Just going by what various people who are often critical of many iOS related things have been saying after the release of iOS 11 (that suddenly iOS 10 is an example of greatness, while iOS 11 is horrible--which is a common thing when people compare the last updates of a major version to early versions of a new major version).

hopefully this will fix the terrible battery issues on my I phone 6 since updating to IOS 11

Possibly unrelated but I wish Apple would update stock apps separately from the OS. Like the calculator bug could have been addressed really quickly without waiting for 11.2, and perhaps this HomeKit issue could have been fix promptly by just updating the Home app. Google Maps just updated today with new look and yet Apple maps improvements get sidelined until an iOS update can push them out. Cmon Apple.

Anyone seeing Night Shift under Settings, Display & Brightness now missing Sunset to Sunrise as an option? I am missing it now with 11.2.1 on 8 Plus.

it is there, need to click on the times. it will then show up...
[doublepost=1513198397][/doublepost]seriously, am I the only one who updated the X with this new update and have the swipe up/right behavior now being different? I wonder if I'm dreaming this or not...

I did and it's still not showing. I had just did a Reset All Settings after the update and now it's missing. I will do another Reset All Settings and see if that fixes it and if not I will open yet another bug report. iOS 11 has been riddled with both large and small issues.

Said it last month and I’ll say it again: after I get the final update on iOS 11, that’s it. I will not upgrade to iOS 12 until nearly 12 months later. Apple’s approach to software sucks now and I’ve lost faith in them.

Sorry, after Reset All Settings, you have to re-enable Location Services which is where Sunrise to Sunset then shows in Night Shift. Sorry for the false alarm.

Really hope this fixes some issues I've been having with HomeKit scenes starting yesterday. I have an "Arriving Home" scene that no longer works (just says, "Welcome home" or something useless like that when I use Siri to activate it from my iPhone X). And on my Watch S3, it just says "The scene isn't set up."

Seriously, Apple?
