I'm staying on 13 for a little while yet. I know too many people in real life that upgraded to 14 and are having major problems with their iphones (bad battery life, apps crashing, sound not working, etc).
I echo this.I dearly hopes it fixes the issue with missing health data, i.e. missing heart rate logging. Pretty please!
I was just going to mention that. It seems like it gets longer with every update.A nice small incremental update. Why does the "preparing update" step always take so long? Shouldn't a small file be quick?
Ive had bad battery since ios 14.0 release but since yesterday its back to normal, hope it stays like that now ? iphone 11
Is it a known issue? I don't aware of missing data in the Health app.
I need at least a .2 before I'd think about wasting my time with iOS 14. There's nothing in it I care about aside from security updates anyway, but I care about Apple Incompetence breaking the device I depend on.I just need one more revision to iOS 14 before before jumping onto the bandwagon
"A couple of days" - yeah, but it's been more than a week ?
Fast to fix but how does that bug get there to begin with all the extensive public beta testing? Did the resetting bug just show up in the final 14.0 build?
I have no reboot issues. Should I be worried about something? And the reboot issues for us s3 users!
That makes my head hurtIt’s going to make me reboot to install, but then I’ll lose my default mail app ;-)
I'm still getting 2 days on my Watch Series 3 with 83% battery health and I wear 24/7. Given that, I am not sure what you are getting at. Did you check all the stuff you had turned on? In the past, new versions have reset notification toggles and things. If I was having that problem, I'd look harderYeah, it's really hard to believe that any one-off task related to a new install should take even one day.
Some folks just are too ready to give Apple a pass. At this point, it's pretty obvious that Apple doesn't prioritize battery life with new major releases (it's especially noticeable with watchOS).
Just goes to validate that old adage, if those things concern you, never be the first to update, give it a few days or weeks (or if it's MS, 6 months) and see how things are going.Yeah, it's really hard to believe that any one-off task related to a new install should take even one day.

I don't see an update for HomePod, maybe with 14.1 or 14.2Updating MBP, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch and ATV4K.
Any word on HomePod updates?
It takes a long time on my 3watchOS is taking forever on my 6. It’s been “preparing” for a long time. Crossing fingers it’s normal this time.
