one phone down...one to go...only issues I can see is that there is a service update in the App Store...won't update the apps because when you hit agree...it says there's an issue. Not sure how to fix this...
Having same issue. I try to accept the new terms and it says there is an error try again. I’ve tried a dozen times. I can’t update any App Store updates right now. My Mac had a similar message early in the day and I accepted and it worked.

happening on all devices now. Anyone else?

Also getting the terms and conditions error. Apparently nobody at Apple or beta testers have ever tried to read the conditions either. The page turning buttons at the bottom are covered by the swipey home bar thing(tm), making it extremely difficult to actually advance the page.

Same. Reboot didn’t fix it. Also can’t seem to save photos from iMessage to Photos.

Will wait to get on my iPhone 14 on Friday. Zero rush when I know there will be iOS 16.01, .02, .03, .... to fix all the bugs that will come with it.

Reading about a number of people on Reddit saying their phone was “bricked”. May not be the right word. But stuck with flashing apple logo.

Same issue about media terms and services on my 13 mini. Glad I haven't updated my 13 Pro which is my primary comm device.

Bricked my iPhone 13 pro. Just keeps bringing up Apple logo then going black and repeating
Same thing happened to my iPhone 12 Pro. Had to download the IPSW, put phone into DFU Mode, and used iTunes to update to iOS 16 again. All good afterwards.
