Is Touch ID broken in the App Store for anyone?

I can enable/disable it for apps but I'm always asked for my password.

Interesting, tried to update via iTunes and said 8.3 already up to date (public beta installed). OTA offered the update though, 1.4gb on iP6. Just downloaded IPSW from direct link and shift + update I iTunes and updated that way. Anyone else?

Thank you, you just saved me the trouble of updating! Dear Apple: working keyboards are more important than more emojis. Good grief. :(
The emojis artists will be immediately be put to work fixing keyboard bugs. It will be the most beautiful code you ever saw, and more inclusive than it was before. They don't know anything about how to make keyboards work, but Apple knows you don't want them doing emojis any more.

Oh crap…. I tried to restore from back-up after updating to 8.3 on my new iPhone 5S, and now I am getting the message that says back-up data is incompatible or corrupt.

- Fixes an issue where remaining time on timer would sometimes incorrectly display as 00:00 on Lock screen

I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT!

I am really exited, that bug existed in iOS for years. I hope this really is fixed, that would be great.

Previously tapping on the language icon from within emojis keyboard it'd switch back to the previous keyboard language you were using, now it takes you to next one, and that sucks!

Anymore knows how to fix this?

(I have 4 languages and emojis, exactly sorted like this: English, Spanish, Emoji, French, German; so when I'm writing on Spanish, and I switch to emojis by just tapping the "world" icon, then tap again, and this is supposed to take me back to Spanish, but it takes me to French, so now I have to open the whole menu)

as a gay black man in a 3 way relationship with 4 adopted gay male children, i am completely offended that the gay families are all white and i cannot change it. this is so racist!!!!

Usually, at least for me, tapping the world icon changes the keyboard to the next one up. What you can do is tap and hold the world icon and you can select the exact keyboard you want. If this is not what you're talking about then sorry.

I just updated. Overall system response for 8.3 on my iPhone 5 is noticeably smoother than when on 8.2.

This is really the kind of polish I expect, and it makes me question why Apple needs to tie full iOS updates to each new iPhone launch.

Anybody notice a low frame rate when editing home screen icons on an iPhone 5?
Everything else is a great improvement.

I must be missing something. I've never had a period next to my space bar, I have to press the "123" button to get to punctuations

I'm seeing that too now on my iPhone 5. It's pretty odd given that the rest of the device feels much smoother.

Yeah the more icons on the page, the slower it gets. Maybe it's an un-optimized graphical effect?
I remember enabling icon shadows on my old iPod Touch 2g slowed it to a crawl lol.

This must be some kind of bug, because I've never seen iOS drop frames or look jittery when rearranging icons on my iPhone 5.

Oddly, moving icons in folders looks perfectly normal.

Yep, gotta be unintentional. I don't spend much time rearranging the home screen though so it's not a big deal :)
