Did anyone else lose all their notes in the Apple Note app after updating to 8.3?

Have they fix the issue with safari and apps flashing previous viewed screen? This crap been bugging me since ios7. Apple seems to be ignoring this issue and Apple Store employees are playing dumb and seem like it's the first time seeing this issue.

Not seeing "home screen" mentioned... so, I guess no fix for iPhone 6+ Springboard crashing at around 700+ apps, when the iPhone 5 could handle over 1000 flawlessly. Game collectors be warned! You're meant to throw out your progress and install new games, not use your actual storage space to treat games like a "library"... and this unwritten new policy is enforced by catastrophic looping crashes.

The new emoji's do NOT show up on a recipient's device unless they also have updated to iOS 8.3.
They get an alien head instead.

There is, but it involves dipping into the Library and copying a database file that can't directly be opened.

FINALLY my stupid iPhone 6 Plus, when pulled out of my pocket, no longer has the upside down home screen. In fact, it's not possible now to even view the Home screen upside down. ABOUT TIME! I whined and moaned about this from day 1, so it only took about a half a year to resolve.

Yes please tell me this is true! I just got a iphone 6 plus this week after being a longtime android user (finally coming back to apple) and this has been my big complaint. Is it an option you have to turn on or off?
