I used to live on the edge of the 3D Satellite data (literally my house wasn't 3D but the houses opposite were).
Now the 3D Data extends an extra 5 miles past that previous cut off in South East London.
Im going to guess that once the beta is over photo stream will remain until all of the photo-stream enabled devices on your account are moved over to ios8/drive
now lets figure out what the hell happened to handoff. my buddy thinks they could have done something to test whether it can be deactivated on new machines (new iMacs macbook pros etc) so they can figure out how to activate it on old machines---he could be just crazy tho
Some one has reported this in ios 8 beta 4. So has this been. Fixed. In ios 8 beta 5?

Same thing happened to me. Left mine at the 99% waiting for about an hour and it just gets hotter and hotter. Just did a hard reset now and it booted into beta 5. That was weird.

Is this new data exclusive to ios8 though? I'm just curious if the new data sets are held to the ios update... does not seem like there would be a reason to do so.

Me too. Not the normal logo, but a greyed out one - the only way I can describe it is that I keep touching the screen of the iPhone as I think it is about to go to sleep!

I'm sorry but that's simply untrue. We catch plenty. If you saw the progression from b1 to GM that would be obvious. This beta round has been much smoother than last year's imo.

I like that backup has been moved to the front, makes it more obvious whether it's on or off.

Passcode request is normal and should be the same passcode you use to unlock your iPhone.
yeah mine was my mini 1 has been stuck on 95% for 20 mins tho...im gonna go to work and leave it on the charger and deal with it when i come back hopefully you guys tell me the best way to solve this issue.
i just hard reset mine and it booted in to finishing the upgrade all good here.

Well I checked in beta 3 and it didn't have 3D for my area. I did not check beta 4 though. So maybe it is a coincidence but it does seem new!
