Apple users they complain about everythingAmericans they complain about everything
Me too.I'm using AirPlay right now on my 9.0.1 6 Plus to listen to music.
my 6 Plus just can't handle iOS 9 - anyone else?
first i updated to 9 OTA; the screen wouldn't accept any touch input and it would freeze completely from time to time. then i did a Reset All Settings, and the phone got stuck at one of the loading screens.
i then DFU'd and did a clean install of iOS 9 - same symptoms after that. now i'm back to iOS8.
did 9.0.1 fix anything for 6 Plus users?

Isn't that the truth?Mac rumors forum .... You'll find people complaining about everything here
these software updates are becoming joke; why release two weeks back 9.0 if the 9.0.1 is coming out soon?
soon there will be 9.1
(...)
Seems to me to be a reasonable and good deployment decision.

Fast updates like this is why I'm switching to Apple after being on Android for so many years. I loved android kit Kat. My g3 updated to lollipop 5.0 and it sucked so bad I had to downgrade to 4.4 kit Kat. Took a while after Google put lollipop on the nexus line before my g3 received the update so they had time to work stuff out but I think 5.0 was doomed to begin with. 5.1.1 on my current lg g flex 2 is pretty good. Nothing really to complain about but I doubt it will get 6.0 marshmallow. Timely updates to me are the most important and I know I could switch to the nexus line but I'm afraid 6.0 will stink like 5.0 and we'll have to wait until 6.1 to iron things and who knows how long that would take. The iPhone has better hardware and implementation than the nexus line and I don't want to compromise. I was debating between the 6s plus and the s6 edge plus but with Samsungs history it will be a year before it gets 6.0. Never thought I would feel this way but I'm fed up. /end rant.
I am issues with spotlight as well. I have known contacts in my phone and when I search for them they don't show in the spotlight search.I'm wondering if they fixed issues with spotlight...
Nothing broken here... My devices run great.Reasonable and good to roll out a "broken" software to 500 million IOS devices?
No lag on my iPhone... And that kind of "speed test " are uselessFunny, I see it as the opposite. There's a lot of people on these forums praising iOS 9's speed, which makes me scratch my head. Do people not notice the difference in their device, or do they simply want to pretend that Apple's software is an improvement in speed?
I did some pretty hefty testing on my iPhone 6 to determine if I wanted to upgrade. I tried the GM / Public Release / Beta 1 and reverted back to 8.4.1 due to lag. The stories of "no lag on my iPhone 6" on these forums, lead me to believe that everyone here drinks from the same Apple Kool Aid container.
All he need to do is just leave beta program and receive OTA update, no need to restore!
On my work cell 9.0 broke my "work Connect" through BES 12 and to date, our IT dept is waiting for Blackberry BES team to create a patch or work around. Any chance this update might address this issue.
Wondering if this will fix the lag on the 6 Plus.
