It was weird. After rebooting my 6 Plus, I checked my iPhone 5 and it wasn't available. it was after a reboot. My iPad Air was available without rebooting.Did the same. Update not showing.

Been smooth on 9.2 Beta.It's really unbearable. I can't figure out how to fix it either. Nothing seems to work. It feel like my phone is a year or two older than it actually is ever since iOS 9.
Those of us on the beta with the profile are already on the latest version which is the same as 9.2b4For those on the beta profile, sometimes you have to remove it first, reboot and then check for update.
