AT&T Carrier Update as well.

I was hoping this would finally enable IPv6 over LTE, but of course not! Get with the program AT&T!

I was running the beta and am not seeing the update. The build is really the same this time?

Did not see anything about TouchID improvements. In iOS 9.1 on my 6S Plus it just stops working altogether and doesn't even act like it exists just about every day, sometimes more than once per day. It requires a hard reset to fix it.

Hopefully 9.2 will fix this, but not looking likely.

What major bugs are on 9.2 that were not on 9.0-9.0.2?
for me the Health app. Every once in awhile I will open it and it will say "No Data" and nothing under sources. Rebooted the phone and it's all back and working. This has only happened since I installed PB4.

"Please fix the lag and unresponsivness on my 6+... Also the screen glitches."

I fixed this by upgrading. Expensive, ridiculous perhaps, but worth it. iOS 9 made my 6 Plus miserable to use.

Not sure what the 3/4G signal is like near you, but i'm interested to see if the 800MHz improves some of the black holes in Three's coverage near me.
4G signal is very good here in Newcastle.

Unfortunately, NumberSync worked for me for a few days under the beta, but hasn't worked since the last build (which is also the final release). I'm not sure why.

Same here, it was working and working well, now there is no mention of all of NumberSync on my phone.

It's about time we're able to easily see whether or not a song is locally stored. How this wasn't picked up during beta testing, I don't know.
