Yes, it appears to place the Voice Memo App on the first page and pushes one of the previous first page Apps to an empty, separate page immediately after the first.

See if iTunes lets you restore from a backup again. Also make sure the sync all applications checkbox is checked in the device preferences when it's connected.

I did this last year after 2.0 came out and even when I got my free iPod touch in August it was loaded with 1.1.4. You might just end up having to pay the $10 to upgrade from 2.2.1 to 3.0.
Apple has flipped the switch on Push, but individual apps have to be updated to utilize it. Those updates for major applications should probably start appearing later today. I cannot wait myself
Am i the only one thats having a nightmare with updating... downloaded and installed but on the restart i can't access the store... nightmare... my phone is currently useless as it is

As far as I know this means your calls are being forwarded, check settings and Phone, there is an option for call forwarding.

The iTunes store servers are probably being hammered right now. Hang tight and wait until less people are trying to download at once. You might also want to try using one of the direct links available somewhere in this thread. You might have better luck.

Anyone else notice that the overall quality of the images on the screen look better? Did they finally re-adjust that 'warmer' color they were using back to a slightly 'cooler' color profile???
I mostly notice the difference on my home screen. Everything just pops a little more...anyone else? Or am I nuts??

Head to the Apple Store
If you end up bricking your iPhone during the update, then pack your stuff up and head to the Apple store. That sucks big time. I had no issues.

Check to see if your apps are on another page or screen.. My update pushed my apps 3 pages over..
