According to Gizmodo, yes.
I guess I'm not observant. I didn't notice a delay when answering a call. But then again, I usually text.

Is it douchey to remind everyone that Tethering has been available here in Canada since the 3GS came out, and has always been free?

Hi guys,
just found out that Apple has finally enabled the file sharing option via iTunes in iPhone OS 4 Beta 4. You can now transfer files from iTunes to selected apps (for example Air Sharing) on the device. I have posted two screenshots and the story on my German blog: http://www.schimanke.com/index.php?/archives/1473-Apple-veroeffentlicht-iPhone-OS-4-Beta-4.html.
I did not get:
-Utilities folder
-Group messaging option
Am I missing something?
I did a restore from b3 backup.
Are you on a 3G?
Wait, you restored from a Beta 3 backup? Aren't you supposed to do a restore with the Beta 4 firmware?
3GS 32G
I meant that I installed b4 through XCode then used iTunes to restore my last backup (from b4)
Hey guys can anybody confirm wether or not you have to pay for tethering? I am currently downloading..... i am just very curious!!!
Thanks!!!
I'm assuming that last you meant to say what you said earlier, that after installing B4, you restored your apps and settings from your last B3 backup?
From what I've read around here, I don't know if you're supposed to do that. Most of the people I see are saying you're only supposed to do a clean install, no restoring. Then just sync your apps and music, without restoring.
I guess someone else here will have to help you out.

Same here.
I think that's just for a fresh start, not a restore from backup.
My observations: b4 > b3 > b1 >>>> b2. It feels a lot smoother, and a lot of the bugs in Messages.app are gone (or I haven't found them yet)

I'm restoring my settings to the new beta and I have two questions. Do we have a list of new updates/features?
2) Does it fix the folder syncing issue or is that still a problem?

I did not install the b2 but I completely agree. B4 is the best so far.
