Here's the subsequent screen if you tap on "Enable Auto-Lock"

Is this the same function that you find in general settings? Maybe they just relocated or duplicated it. I know that when you turn battery saver on, the auto-lock will be locked to 30 seconds.

Is it possible to remove the developer signature on my phone, and go back to regular installs? Or do I have to do a restore?

Same functionality - likely some deep-linking magic. If you choose something like "5 minutes" the suggestions disappear.

Well, I'm replacing the phone, the lag I'm talking about is that when I unlock the phone with touch ID, the status bar disappears for about 2-5 seconds and you can't do anything with the phone until the status bar comes back.
Oh yikes. That's no good. Strange that the problem occurs only when using TouchID. With me and my OCD, I hate to wait on problems like that. If I were in your shoes, it'd be driving me crazy until I knew that I had a new, fixed phone in my hands. I hope that you get your replacement soon!

Battery Life suggestions have been around for a while. Or are you saying the specific suggestion to enable Auto Lock is new?
Guys , where is this setting Battery Life Suggestion ? I do not have such an option at all

You can’t go ‘back’ only forward. Remove the beta profile from Settings > General > Profiles and wait until 9.1 officially drops or restore your device manually to a release version of iOS 9 with an IPSW file (https://ipsw.me) via iTunes (clean install only, unless you have a backup that isn’t newer than the version you are trying to restore to).

Cool, I didn’t know that. Apparently I have optimised my system already!

I think it only appears if you don't have all the optimizations turned on. I don't have auto-lock turned on and it suggested I should.

True... I don't have auto-brightness on and it suggests to turn it on. If I turn it on then the Battery Life Suggestion section disappears (as it has no suggestions lol)

When I go to General, there is no "profiles" to select. I know you can't go back though. I think I have to wait until 9.1 drops as you said, then I can do it.

Overall, much smoother. Still encountering a hiccup when swiping down on an iMessage banner alert. the phone freezes for a few seconds before the keyboard pops up.

Oh, believe me, I'm OCD too. I can't believe Apple still has not sent me the replacement.

I don't if it's been posted yet but Beta 4 is available to public betas now. I'm downloading it on my 6S and Mini 4.
