It doesn't seem that easy to remove Rosetta.
remove the files listed by pkgutil --files com.apple.pkg.RosettaUpdateAuto (so likely /Library/Apple (not ~/)), and try installing beta 3 again.

but keep in mind, you won't be able to reinstall it in beta 3

Is the desktop widgets changing for you guys too? I did set the style to default, light mode and if I dont have any window open, so i am on desktop, the widgets just gets colorfull. If I start an app or open a finder window it goes back to the light glassy mode...

I have noticed this too and I have no idea if this is a bug or intended behavior.

I just put two Rosetta folders into Trash and after the update I put them back from there. After a reboot my Intel Apps worked again.
Lol so you use the rosetta from beta 2... Anyways I don't use intel apps but good to know for those who does.

it is better to put your system into trash and let Rosetta alone, next all you have to do is to add the update file to the trash and then you can take out an updated system, the liquid glass can look a bit dirty bc of all the trash inside the trash but you should be ok and it is much less risky /s

/Library/Apple/usr/share/rosetta
/Library/Apple/usr/libexec

put into trash

update

after update put back

restart

rosetta work again

That's exactly what I did. Have you read it in the other thread? ;)

But SIP needs to be disabled I think. I have disabled it anyway.

why we have to get this info here anyway. why can’t apple just tell us instead of making us find out for ourselves

as-clear-as-mud communication style of apple is infuriating and has been for decades

If I could run iPadOS on my Mac then I'd be running Beta three already. Why Apple? WHY!

Nothing in Canada.
I only managed to upgrade to iOS 26 beta 3 on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Not on my iPad, Mac or TV.
