I'm curious: Does anyone here actually use the 3D Touch quick actions? It's a neat idea but I don't think I've personally actually *used* them once, other than just testing it out. But then I usually launch apps from spotlight or Siri.
The only time that I find it to come in handy is with the phone app. It brings up the first 3 contacts in your favorites.

Nice that VZW wi-fi calling is in here - got it all set up and I only see one issue; handoffs to LTE seem to be fine but coming back to wifi doesn't switchover. I waited 30 minutes on wifi (data) and finally did airplane mode then back and it locked on.

Hope this is something that gets fixed, that would not be good to have to enable it every time.

Hmmmm, pity, but as foretold by the developers beta 3, still no scrolling with the Pencil on the iPad Pro.
That is really sadning and annoying.

That's because the Pencil isn't a stylus, its a writing/sketching tool.

Well, I always check for the update via LTE at work becuase the wifi here blocks the download so I have to wait until I get home to download/install. I just check for it at work and since I'm on LTE the option to download is greyed out. Today, for the first time, the download button was not greyed out but instead was blue and ready to go. Download took less than a minute and the phone is restarting now.

I use it daily actually. My favorite app with 3D Touch functionality is Waze. It has the option to easily direct me home or to work. It's great!

I think it's to avoid a possible catastrophe. Imagine a critical bug in the beta and it was released to the public, people would panic and spam apple with support mails about how the latest beta destroyed their devices. The developers often know more about troubleshooting than the average public tester, so therefore they should test it to be sure that nothing is completely off.
100% this.

Does it show you a clear indication of when your on wifi calling? I have it turned on in my settings but no where else does it say wifi calling. I know Tmobile it says wifi calling at the top. I thought maybe it just doesn't show you in the status bar?

I always forget. I suspect Apple will add a UI prompt of some kind in iOS10, as it's annoying guessing whether widgets have 3D Touch or not.

Interesting. I'm on the Public Beta. My 6s is on 9.3, but no second or third betas have pushed to my phone.

VZW wifi calling only works for me if I'm in airplane mode with wifi on. Otherwise just normal Verizon cell service. :/

Apple today released the third beta of an upcoming iOS 9.3 update to public beta testers, just a couple of days after seeding the third iOS 9.3 beta to developers. iOS 9.3's third public beta comes three weeks after Apple released iOS 9.2.1, a minor update, to the public.

Beta testers who have signed up for Apple's beta testing program will receive the third iOS 9.3 update over-the-air after installing the proper certificate on their iOS device.

Those who want to be a part of Apple's beta testing program can sign up to participate through the beta testing website, which gives users access to both iOS and OS X betas. For an in-depth walkthrough on downloading the iOS 9.3 beta, make sure to check out our how to.

iOS 9.3 is a major update to the iOS 9 operating system, introducing a long list of new features and improvements. iOS 9.3's biggest new feature is Night Shift mode, which is designed to automatically cut down on the amount of blue light an iOS user is exposed to at night by shifting to more yellow tones for the iPhone or iPad's display. With iOS 9.3, there's a number of changes for educational users, and the iPhone is now able to pair with multiple Apple Watches.

The update also includes new 3D Touch Quick Actions for stock apps like Weather, Settings, Compass, Health, App Store, and iTunes Store, plus it introduces password protection for individual notes in the Notes app. News in iOS 9.3 includes in-line video playback, landscape mode on the iPhone, and more personalization, while the Health app introduces a new Apple Watch-style "Activity" interface. iOS 9.3 beta 3 adds support for Verizon Wi-Fi Calling and introduces a fix for a T-Mobile bug that prevented apps from loading over a cellular connection.

A full list of changes in iOS 9.3 can be found in our "What's New" post. iOS 9.3 will launch to the public this spring.

This beta is working perfectly fine for me. It solve some issues with safari view controller, before it the top click didn't worked. Also some safari issues are solve now. Siri was not working for me on 9.2.1 and with this is working perfect

It should similarly work for Verizon and display something like "VZW WiFi" at the top in the status bar where the carrier name is typically displayed.

Do you have a good cellular signal? WiFi calling would basically kick in when the cellular coverage isn't there or is poor.

Thanks. Turns out it only works for me when in airplane mode only. Weird.

What's your signal strength? It doesn't generally switch over until you hit 2 bars.
4 bars. Are you saying you think it only goes to wifi when your strength is low? That's definitely not how it works with Tmobile or ATT. Doesn't matter the strength. Also, I do not get the options for wifi calling on other devices, like I do with Tmobile. Still get the standard "use the iPhones cellular connection" option

Says WiFi like you mention for tmobile.

Based on some articles at least it seems like AT&T works (or at least used to work) in the same fashion: http://smallbiztrends.com/2015/10/att-wifi-calling.html
