I never said it wasn't. Just refuting the erroneous notion that "Americans wanted Trump".But that is the way the current system is set up. Don't like it? Then do something about it. Perhaps the DNC should not have trashed Bernie in favor of "I'm with Herr". What's next on the neoliberal agenda? Acceptance for pedo bear?
Clearly? No. He won in three states by a number so small they could all fit into the Rose Bowl stadium with room to spare.
A global, American company. And true charity starts at home. Why do you need an audit? Funding and support is public knowledge, feel free to dig up announcements of such initiatives. And I'm talking apple here, not TC and his own personal $$$.
I'm sorry equality is equality, not just reserved for the US, as a global company his message should be global, not putting $$$ ahead of it
Apple is an American company, founded and based in America. Also where the CEO lives. Thus where most of the talk will be centered around. It would be a little rude for an American company to comment on say, China. Or for a British company to comment about American politics. Or a Canadian one about Mexico.
By comparison, Apple is benign. They don't have operatives embedded up and down all levels of government.
Especially because only 50% of American voted and less than 50% of that voted for Trump. Less than a quarter of Americans wanted Trump to be President.I never said it wasn't. Just refuting the erroneous notion that "Americans wanted Trump".

Nope. It's called being a good corporate citizen concerned about the future of the nation's children. So it's not rude for a company to interfere with the democratic process and what a democratic elected president proposes?

Apple is fighting petty fights, this entire transgender bathroom topic is a non-issue.

Right. I've only been voting in it for decades. And you clearly have no idea how the American electoral system work.
The idea that "Americans wanted Trump" is actually silly.Same insanely silly logic why people think Brexit should be reversed.
Proof please. One can also make the argument that the largest voter fraud organization in America claimed 3 million votes were fraudulent.

Glad trump is focusing on the important issues
At the same time I'm getting a little tired of Apple giving their input on issues like this.
So it's okay when ExxonMobil does it? Get out of here with that nonsense. Such little league arguments. You're mixing up the personal opinion of a CEO (who is a citizen) versus a company interfering the democratic process.
I'm terrified that people can be force-fed that nonsense by the President.Proof please.
I don't really care about this issue much simply because I'm not being affected...
Do you have children? What if you have a transgender child? Will you kick them in the street or will you be an adult and support them?I don't really care about this issue much simply because I'm not being affected by the use of bathrooms by transgenders (I just assume all people pissing/pooping next to me are men, but could be wrong). With that being said, its not wrong of Trump to work on this and he is focusing on other issues, to be fair.
I also agree, Apple should spent their time on making good tech products instead...

Interfering? Absolute rubbish. They aren't blocking people from getting to a voting booth. You're mixing up the personal opinion of a CEO (who is a citizen) versus a company interfering the democratic process.
More little league arguments we're not discussing. We all know Apple is an equal opportunity employer with tons of minorities and LGBT people on their payroll. Now go do whatever it is the conservatives do when they're not having sex for the sake of procreation. And that charity is in the form of? Words?
Sorry equality is global. For you to say it need to start in the US first, for a global company is concerning. Given the minority of people making apple products are in the US, and the ones that need the most support are not the highly paid office workers, but the factory workers. Do you think a factory worker is concerned about thier working conditions or if thier boss accepts thier transgender status....? Let's get the basic human rights issues sorted before moving to advance cases no?
Least informed person in all of Europe? Probably.Interfering? Absolute rubbish. They aren't blocking people from getting to a voting booth.![]()
