Steve Jobs is going to announce that he has purchased ALL of the major music studios using just a portion of Apple's $50 billion in cash. Thus, starting tomorrow the only place you will be able to listen to or purchase music will be on Apple's own iTunes Music Store.

As a corollary, Steve will also announce that he is conducting negations to do the same for all TV and movie content.

;)

Frankly, these are about the only things that I would rate as close to being a day "you'll never forget."

Remember: Today is the tomorrow you worried about Yesterday. When life was such a lovely game to play. Before the Taxman took it all away. Oh, I believe in... what was the question again?

Or something along the lines as

"We are discontinuing iTunes Store" :p

Thanks guys

It has been really entertaining reading all the theories, ideas, wish lists and everything else. I leave you with this thought - the last track of the Beatles Revolver album is a Lennon track - "Tomorrow Never Knows" :)

The Reality

People haven't realised yet. This is a Time Machine connecting to the :apple:-Acquired Moon With a Huge database with 1,000,000,000,000,000 TBs of Storage run by slaves captured by iCeratopses, a creature created when :apple: tried to clone dinosaurs, 6038 years into the future. Jailbreakers hacked it to allow them to stop ageing and Steve is God. The 'time' part of FaceTime was because they planned to let people use it across multiple Time phases. Oh, and it brings support for the iMagination, a device which allows your fantasies to be stored, replayed, and made more realistic.

It is also being used to age foods in an instant.

Maybe cloud or iTunes movies and tv and tv shows in more parts of Europe or full HD movies.

You know, it seems strange that people would be trying to find all these songs with some/all of the words of this announcement teaser in it, and nobody has mentioned Jon Secada. Of course, his "Just Another Day" is already on the store.

Beatles

Beatles makes sense.

There are four clocks with four different locations - could these places have something to do with four Beatles members?

And why are there three cities and one state?

That's just not possible. If Jobs was God, there would be no more jailbreaking. Silly.

Wasn't "ituneslive.com" for streaming the iTunes Festival

I think "ituneslive.com" was for streaming the iTunes Festival back in the days.

I think it will be The Beatles on iTunes. I like the "Help" theory.

Beatles plus something else

Few things to keep in mind.

1. As another member of the forum already posted..

Just Another Day = Beatles song.

2. Tuesdays is when iTunes library is updated with new content..

3. Don't hold your breath on itunes cloud, as it would probably require new iTunes of some sort.. We just got 10.1 few days ago. Plus it says that its only an "announcement" on the apple splash page... Not new itunes or new features.

4. At best some form of Facebook, itunes integration.

I think they were trying to be cute with the marketing slogan not realizing how much **** storm of hype they will create and then disappoint everyone.. I would not be surprised if they changed it by the end of the day... Steve must be going.. "Uhh that was cute now what... roll out itunes 11 with built in mind control"

Come along,
Til there is sun shine shining when we find the silver lining,
Come along.
Sing a song, when today becomes tomorrow,
Weather fine, joy or sorrow, sing a song.
Is it wrong?
To put our hopes together and wish for something better, is it wrong?
To belong, to face the future with another who means more than any other is to belong.
We'll paint the grey clouds with pretty rainbow hues,
And we'll brush the gloom away and save it for a rainy day, rainy day,
Oh to save.
When troubles cast a shadow and shadows make the sun afraid to stay,
It's ok, til there'll be sunshine shining and we'll
Find the silver lining another day.
Tomorrow is another day, how i hope you'll always stay.
:p

Just a thought, why would they give a time to it if it was Beatles? Such a specific time? WOuldn't they just put Midnight? The timing is weird too, seen as I presume new music Tuesdays happen in the middle of the night, my thinking is that seen as the Data Center is in North Carolina, then at 10am, all the staff will be in, ready for a massive onslaught? There's not going to be that greater rush if it's just the Beatles, presumably. Everybody who wants it, will have bought it in the last 40 years. If they were to announce it, it would be tacked onto the end of a Keynote, or maybe a press release - why would they get millions of Apple fans excited over the Beatles... on the front page.... hey?
