based on the "... never forget" message, Apple has set my expectations for a mega big announcement tomorrow.

Probably cloud based service, just like many others on this thread have said. My guess is that it will be integrated into mobileMe, perhaps leading to free mobileMe service? One can hope...

Better not be the Beatles I mean come on who cares anymore. If your a fan of the beatles you already own all the music and ripped it to your iPhone iPad or iTouch..

This better be either a music cloud or apple TV related and BIG..

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

If it's cloud based that will be awesome'

OMG! I'll bet apple is entering the automotive industry! Imagine it! The iCar. Comes with an iPad for the car's display, plus a big apple logo on top! :D

Read iBooks on iTunes?

Ability to read downloaded novels and PDFs etc via iTunes? It all sounds wrong lol, reading from iTunes, should be called something else. The ability to read purchases on your desktop or laptop is one of the killer features of Kindle and Nook etc that they are not limited to the portable devices. Should be ability to do the same with book purchases from Apple for anyone with iTunes to be able to read them etc.

A locker in the cloud would be nice for movies. But what I'm really hoping for is some type of streaming for live sporting events. You have something like that and people's last reason for why they can't cut cable will be gone.

Maybe it's all content available globally. That would be big news because it would mean that they got the record labels to agree to global distribution of their content. As it stands right now, a lot of iTunes content is country-specific.

Lower them. If this was "mega big," Steve would be announcing it.

This board is going to be crawling with complainers tomorrow when 90 second previews is all that's revealed.

Well, here's an Apple announcement no one saw coming.

I vote for TV subscriptions streamed to your iOS devices and iTunes but content providers still have heads so far up their butts I'm not optimistic.

Except that Apple may have done what GoogleTV should have done to begin with and actually licensed the content for rebroadcast/streaming with revenue being shared through the inclusion of iAds and subscription fees.

I'd be amenable to that if I can also specify the type of iAd content pushed to me through preference settings.

Could it not be a play on Beatles lyrics? Maybe at last they have found an agreement? Yesterday...Tomorrow...??

Well, one thing's for sure. Whatever the announcement, if we have low expectations, we'll either not be dissatisfied, or be pleasantly surprised. :D

itunes in mobile me

My Bet is Cloud based itunes.

but

It works like mobile me, so you can make sure all your computers have the same music if they are all signed into the same itunes account. I have my music at work and home and I constantly have to move music between them to keep them the same... this would fix that.

Itunes now included in mobile me... makes perfect sense.

Apple today updated its homepage with an announcement teasing a major iTunes-related announcement to made tomorrow at 10:00 AM Eastern time.
