It's perfect since my gf wants a Apple Watch for Christmas . That's $45 off and it's good till 12/26/15
 
I contacted Apple via chat and was told that the ETA was anywhere between 11/2 - 11/4. Then out of nowhere I got an email telling me the item was lost in transit and they are sending another. Too funny because it was never even sent it to begin with, ugh.
 
I paid for the $17 shipping on Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. PT, and I just get an email from FedEx saying that there was a delivery exception because of "weather." It's been light rain here.

Because it's FedEx Home Delivery, it's pushed back to Tuesday now. Couldn't be more upset.
 
Well, *technically* they (like my other unit) only have to get here by Wednesday. If it's standard shipping, most say November 2-4 like mine. My first one arrived today and didn't move at all off PFS until yesterday. Looks like it was in Harrisburg, PA all the time.

Second unit is still PFS, goes without saying. :)

So, I guess I can't legally squawk until Tuesday. But what a joke in general. Why not consolidate shipments, FFS? (And reading above again, it looks like nothing will happen until Tuesday since FedEx Home doesn't do anything Monday, from what I hear. Lol.)

I know a lot of people were screwed and got refunds, but glad I didn't spend the extra on the expedited shipment.

So much for that. Disappointing, but I still like the device. Probably has a lot to do with the fact that it is my first ATV. Hopefully they update the remote app, I saw there is a dedicated thread going on.
