The first hike was $2 after 3 years. This hike is another $3 after 1 year. See the difference? So when they raised the price last year, it was also due to the strikes?

I feel like Apple TV+ is worth it, but $12.99 for news?!
That should be "Apple is quite aware that it has not got all of your money, yet."Lol at Apple fans complaining about price. Apple is quite aware y'all got money.
I did, though I kind of feel stupid for it. If it was just news without ads, $9.99 isn't that bad, but $12.99, nope, I just cancelled it after reading the first post in this thread.Yeah I have yet to meet a person who actually subs to News+ outside of being in their Apple One sub.
I finally canceled Disney +, Netflix is in the crosshairs ... et tu Apple ??? Looking at cable like an ex I wanna get back with. All of these services REALLY want me to go back to old school cable don’t they. This is getting ridiculous.
Can you break down that math for me because I'm not following. You could go Apple One Family and then just update to storage from 200GB to 2TB. That comes to $32.95. That is what I'm debating. Puts be back at the yesterday price and I just loss Fitness+ and News+ (which I rarely use).
agreedThey should keep Apple One the same price to push people towards it. They'd still be getting suckers to pay more for services they don't actually use. I see it says that is going up as well, but IMO that is a mistake.

It's also pretty insulting to raise prices so much when the writers were just out for months and the actors are STILL out. New content isn't exactly in decent supply. (Unless of course we look at things that were done beforehand but just not released yet...or whatever studios were able to continue)It’s trickle down from the writers strike and if the actors get their way it will go up again. They want 1 dollar fee for every show on any streaming platform.
They’ll probably announce that during the next event, alongside some fancy PR just to ease it in.next will be Apple Music voice plan with siri. £4.99 here. £10.99 for non gimped AM. I can see it going to about £7.
If you go to your Subs section on your phone, you can pick which parts of Apple One you want to keep. That is what I did earlier this morning.Apple News would be the best option if not for the ads or if the they would stop shipping a universal app or if they made the universal app do things one expects on MacOS like responsive layout, ability to make the font much bigger, a reader mode ... but nope. It has more ads than anything else.
I will also stop my Apple One subscription. I would like the option to get a custom bundle that wasn't stupidly priced. I don't need Arcade or 2TB of iCrap (I mean iCloud) or a ****** News experience. But the bundle they offer costs more than a bundle without these. SMH
Torrents for-ever I guess.
