So when they raised the price last year, it was also due to the strikes?I hope everyone is happy they supported the recent strikes. Here are the results!

iCloud+ from 200 GB up is already family sharing. How did you do this? I can see that Music has two separate entries, one for family and one for individuals. iCloud only has one entry. I want to make sure that my family still has access to the storage before I switch.
Exactly what I did a few weeks ago. If Apple can keep their margins 30%+ I can keep my bill under $26. If they raise will re-evaluate.Bye Apple One, hello only iCloud Storage and Apple Music. Arcade and TV isn't worth it based on the content offered.

Well we tried that experiment over a decade ago and the general public (in its infinite ironic illogical wisdom), decided paying $3-$5 for mobile games was so over the top they’d rather have free games and spend 10x that on gems and other garbage in-app purchases.I like Apple Arcade. There were a couple of games on there that I thoroughly enjoyed but at this price point, I feel like I'd rather outright by the few games I want to play on my iPad/Mac :/
I think it refers to how you have to cut down on food to afford the pricing.Maybe what's "scary fast" is how quickly these things are getting more expensive![]()
Did it bill you the year or need to wait for monthly to end this period.I just changed my ATV from monthly to yearly for $69 so I wonder when these new prices go in effect.

In Canada, news organizations (edit: radio and TV) have gone after Facebook, Google, and this week Apple for compensation on showing their articles. https://nationalpost.com/news/politics/broadcasters-make-apple-pay-news-outlets If Apple's being asked to pay, that revenue needs to come from somewhere? It's a lot of money per month, and something I'm not interested in paying, but presuming there's some sort of pay structure that is indeed needed for the content.I feel like Apple TV+ is worth it, but $12.99 for news?!
I’m about to do this myself. My current monthly expires Nov 4th but I think if I pay it full now they should warrant that price. If not I’ll cancel which is what I was going to do anyway.Did it bill you the year or need to wait for monthly to end this period.
Apple News would be the best option if not for the ads or if the they would stop shipping a universal app or if they made the universal app do things one expects on MacOS like responsive layout, ability to make the font much bigger, a reader mode ... but nope. It has more ads than anything else.Looks like I will be canceling my Apple TV and Arcade from my Apple One sub, and will keep Apple Music and 50GB iCloud storage.
Apple News wouldn't be so bad if Apple didn't infest it with ads.
Writers demanded more money and got it. Actors are demanding more money and will get itSeems like Apple is jumping on the bandwagon of raising subscriptions prices due to greed...it's hard to see how the cost of providing these services has increased that much. I was okay with last year's price increase, but this is too much. Constant price increases that provide me with no additional benefits are getting really old.
Maybe they're saving the announcement for a later date (Nov. 2 earnings and conferrence call?) because they don't have everything (i.e. advertisers, final pricing) in place yet?Yeah but why not announce it at the same time?
You mean a raise 1 year later is totally normal and not timed with every other platform also raising their prices as soon as the writers strike was resolved where they got in some cases 50% more pay?So when they raised the price last year, it was also due to the strikes?
