Does anyone know if the WatchOS 4 public release is the same build as the GM? The GM is 15R372.
I’d like to know this as wellDoes anyone know if the WatchOS 4 public release is the same build as the GM? The GM is 15R372.
They are stored under general in Watch app on the phoneQuestion. I loaded the profile for the beta.
Is the profile stored anywhere (phone or watch)? I don’t see it anywhere.

Update: I had to remove the iOS beta profile from the watch (via watch app) in addition to removing it from the phone via settings app. Restarted the watch and force killed the watch app, and now it's updating.
Well, trying to. Download is slooooooooow (and that's before it gets to the slow part of sending it to the watch).
Last time we had a major release, it was hypothesized that Apple may have some random sorting that they're doing to control the number of people downloading concurrently. (possibly by IP or Apple ID, who knows?)
All you can do is keep hitting refresh (but I wouldn't do it too aggressively...they may have a mechanism in there to temporarily block those that are too keen)
I'm in Canada and I've been installing for several minutes now...big install though - ETA is still 2 hours remaining on my AW0).
Update: Scratch that...it just updated to an hour remaining.
Update2: Heh...and now it says 2 hours remaining. Nice!![]()
Yes I just downloaded the Watch OS 4 and it’s R372I’d like to know this as well
How do you remove the profile? So - here's a question for those using the beta - are you removing the beta profile?
I'm wondering if using that profile causes more logging/analytic sharing...
