Am I missing something or can we no longer browse our entire iPhone music library via our watch? That seems like a really dumb change. All I can see is what’s on the watch with no option to switch to what’s on my phone as far as music library.

Does this smell like Apple trying to get more people to signup for Apple Music and have access to 40mm songs. If it is true, I wouldn’t like it.
Sorry to nitpick but mm is millimetre, M is usually short for million. :)

You don't think Apple just added LTE out of the goodness of their hearts? ;) There has to be motivation to getting additional service revenue. :)

Nitpick away :) I don’t mind. Of course Apple had a motive - probably will make people mad if they don’t allow other streaming services.

I’ll nitpick a bit. MM is actually an abbreviation for a million. ==> from the Roman notation millia millia or a thousand thousands. But you're right, mm is millimeter.

I am also experiencing the bug where I don’t get any stand notifications (or any activity notifications at all). For those who are seeing this bug, has anyone tried unpairing and then repairing the watch? Seems like an extreme solution but I might be willing to do it if it fixed the bug. I miss my reminders to keep moving!

I am getting Stand but not Breathe.

So after a few days of having WatchOS 4 installed, Battery life on my Series 2 SS with the WatchOS4 GM(Final) seems as good as it was on WatchOS3 so far (a day and a half, sometimes 2 days of battery life)

All I’m getting at the moment is a “Keep it going today” notification early in the morning with activity results from the previous day, but nothing else. Certainly not getting stand reminders or notification that I’ve completed a ring.

What happened to the new Activity animations? I don’t see them on my S0. I just get the regular goal completion pop up.

It depends on the goal. Stand, Move and Exercise, plus the Perfect Day goals all have animations, but others like Longest Move Streak don't, so when you complete Move, if you're also increasing your Longest Move Streak, you'll only get the normal notification for Longest Move Streak and won't see the animation for completing the daily Move goal.

Also, the animation only happens at the time you complete the goal, so if you miss that initial notification you won't see an animation when looking at the notification later.

I tried unpairing and re-pairing, but to no avail. I even tried doing that twice: once with restoring from backup and another with setting up as new, and neither option worked.

Apple knows about the bug though, and hopefully we see a fix in 4.1.

I was not getting breathe notifications or animations for closing rings on my series 2 at all since updating to watchOS 4. I set up my new series 3 about 4 hours ago and have not gotten any breathe notifications on it either. Hoping there is a fix for this soon!

^^^ Everything is working fine on my S2, as far as I can tell.

[edit] I did my usual thing of rebooting the watch after it updated and appeared to be working correctly, too. Breathe reminders work, fitness notifications work (saw the new sparkly animation for the Exercise ring today), etc.

i got my S3 today. Do i need to install iOS 11 on my iPhone in order to set up my new watch and have it work?

I am getting them daily

I don't think you get them on Series 0, cause it's been a few days and I haven't seen one. Only getting regular static notifications for all achievements.

At the keynote Apple introduced Siri talking on Series 3.
Did anyone got it to work?
Mine was not working after first setup. It was because I have a different voice for Siri than the default. That voice need to be downloaded to the watch and does that only while charging. After putting it on the charger for a few minutes the voice downloaded and Siri spoke correctly on my S3.

Activity reminders and notifications have suddenly started working again, including Achievements.
Edit: also got the new Stand goal animation.
