Where did you buy from and how did you find the tracking number?
Same as online, you can purchase a separate band but they won't swap bands unless it's for one of their predetermined combinations.
I bought from Apple right when Pre-orders went live. I found the tracking number by going to UPS, Track by Reference, and entering in my order number minus the last two digits, along with my zip code and it popped right up
Also, if you are a UPS My Choice member, which I am and forgot to realize, it'll pop right up when you sign into your account without even searching!

In the UK, I ordered 38mm Silver Aluminium Series 2 with Peal Nylon Strap with email confirmation at 8.06 am and it has delivers 26-28 September. I wonder why the delay on that particular model. I honestly couldn't have ordered it any quicker. Do you think there is any chance it will be delivered this Friday?
I'm right there with y'all. Got a Jet Black 7+, SS black watch, and a pair of black beats. I'm justifying it as back to school gift. My budget is looking at me like:
I ordered an IP7+ 128gb and a watch. Seems that the watch has been charged on my cc but on my apple order it still says "processing"
My 42mm Rose Gold is still processing and my card was charged yesterday.
I ordered a iPhone 7 128gb matte black and 42mm space gray sport watch at about 03:05am Friday. The watch is in my support profile but no phone yet. Both have a delivery date of 9/16 and are preparing for shipment.

Ordered one 7 plus-128gb, one 7-32gb, and a series 2 42mm space gray. Don't sweat it. It only hurts for a second.
We need more datapoints of 9/26-28 people getting moved up!
Maybe Americans are receiving their watches before Brits and Aussies? My SS 42mm watch was ordered 10 min past the Apple website went online; yet, confirmation e-mail states shipment in 2-3 weeks, delivery on 27/09/2016.
That makes no sense... Oz and UK are closer to China than the US...
