Upgrading from a 38mm sport to the Series 2 38mm SS! Wasn't going to at first, so my order will be 2-3 weeks due to ordering a day after preorder.

Anyone in the UK seen their watch ship yet? Got my order confirmation and it's still on processing items, delivery for the 16th, starting to get antsy!

Late to chime in here- I ordered 2 42mm space gray aluminum with sport band. The store didn't even come up over here across 2 apps and 1 browser, until 3:20 (my time EST). Got my order in for the watches at 3:22, and they aren't coming until the 26th-28th. It wouldn't even let me upgrade shipping? I waited all night and still missed out.

Then I saw that Best Buy had them listed for delivery on the 16th, and just at a chance, I ordered from there too. Anyone have experience with best Buy on the first gen watches? Is that a reliable date? I'd cancel my Apple ones (and hope it bumps up someones order somewhere!) if I knew if was a real date.

Anyway, wow! I can't believe all the shipping times lipping so quick for phones and watches. I've pre-ordered online for the last however many years we could do and never missed out so bad cause of 20 minutes. But, I'm excited about the watch! I sold my 1st gen and bought a garmin because I need something for cycling, which ends up being in the rain a lot, and man, that thing was nice on paper, but doesn't compare the the watch in use with apps like cyclemeter. As such, I am now watchless until it gets here.

I'm in the same boat. My assumption is that the end to end shipping notification system is most efficient for the US, I think UK orders will start updating soon along with other day 1 countries that use various different couriers.

Mines still processing for a 42mm Silver Alu S2 for delivery by 16th Sept. iPhone is showing as preparing for dispatch and is showing in support profile but nothing for watch.

That's what I was thinking, I also thought perhaps the watches are already in the country and would be shipping later than the phones (which appear to be shipped directly from china)

You are probably correct. From past experience UK Apple products are delivered next day by UPS from a warehouse in Lutterworth, Leicestershire :)

315am email 42 black SS sport band ordered via iOS Apple Store app. Delivers 16 Sep. USA.

Mine shipped with UPS tracking for the 16th on the UPS my choice site. Apple app hasn't updated to shipped yet

I ordered a space gray 42mm and it says September 26-28. It also says 6-8 day shipping so that's a bummer. Got my order in within minutes so they either went incredibly fast or they were in low supply (or I guess both lol).

Having my wife keep stock of Best Buy for me. St least I can use reward zone for that. If that doesn't work out I've may check target but I'm not holding my breath. Buying in store would save me taxes and target saves me an added 5%. With target it's basically like free Apple care (which I may or may not get for this).

Same thing here but with Target. I got the 42mm SG Apple Watch 2 w/ black Sport band. Target still shows they're in stock for delivery on the 16th. Seems a little hard to believe. Still showing in my account as being delivered on the 16th though.

I haven't had any experience with them in the past but I do recall some people here being upset that they ordered from Best Buy and Target. The websites promised launch day delivery but the people didn't get their devices. That was for the iPhone though. Hard to tell what the demand/stock is going to be like for the watches. You'd think those big box retailers would have learned from past mistakes but you never know.

I guess we'll know in another day or two when the status hopefully changes to shipped.

How are you all tracking by reference? I have tried and the date range only allows me to choose up to 9/12/16.

Mine in the UK has just moved to Preparing for Dispatch...

Preparing for Dispatch Delivers 16 Sep by Standard Shipping

Not eligible to cancel or return
  • 42-alu-silver-sport-white-select

Apple Watch Series 2, 42mm Silver Aluminium Case with White Sport Band

  • iphone7-plus-silver-select-2016

    iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Silver

Still waiting for my watch to show up on My Choice, haven't tried to search by reference number yet

My gold aluminum with coffee/caramel nylon band scheduled for September 16 delivery is still in preparing for shipment. The charge hasn't posted to my Amex yet, and it is not showing up in UPS My Choice yet.

I ordered a 42mm space gray series 2 sport with a confirmed email at 03:11. Support profile page does not list the iphone 7 that I ordered at the same time but has the Apple Watch. Both say preparing for shipment but looked up ups tracking by order number and it shows it left Narita Japan 9/12/16. Hopefully phone and watch are in that box.....
