Apple Watch Series 3 Pre-Order Thread

Just went to "preparing for shipment"- two LTE aluminums with confirmation email at 3:04 eastern.

Now preparing to ship!
 
Got my pre-orders in this morning. Will have them by Tuesday or Wednesday. Didn't even have to pay taxes and nothing down, with free overnight shipping. Another reason I love T-Mobile.
 
Not sure how many people who are on the series 1 know this....just came back from the store and took a look at the series 2. The display is very bright. Big difference ! Looking forward to a much brighter display with my series 3 next week.

Purchased Apple Watch Series 3 GPS + Cellular, 38mm Silver Aluminum Case with Seashell Sport Loop. Already in Preparing for Shipment! Credit card hasn't been charged yet. Maybe it'll come sooner than the 22nd :)

Seems like the sport models are starting to move to preparing to ship. Any stainless steel one? I got my order in at 3:02AM ordered a 42MM Space Black stainless steel with the black sport band. I'm upgrading my series 0 Space black with link bracelet, its nice to see that the old bands still work since the black link bracelet is $549! and the black Milanese is $200! Glad I don't have to buy those again.

I also have the 0 with the black link bracelet - the link bracelet is really nice. I ordered the sport because I have no need for the new band and so I got the cheapest one possible.

Well, pre-ordered from both Apple and BB today....BOTH have a delivery date of 10/13 or later. Guess I'm heading to the Apple Store next Friday to see what they have there. Not looking forward to jockeying for position with iPhone 8 buyers. :D

My heart really skipped a beat when I saw my Apple order had shipped... I then saw that it was the extra charging cable I ordered. :( My watch order is still 2-3 week delay.
 
Well, I guess I waited to long to go online and try to cancel my order with Apple, it is preparing to ship now and it won't let me cancel. I don't see any way to cancel my order at Verizon either, so it looks like I will be getting two 42mm black stainless watches with black sport band next week.

What is the easiest way to return the one from Apple? The nearest Apple store is like 3 hours away from me. I'm guessing they will allow me to ship it back. Will I need to pay for shipping? Not sure I want to bother with trying to sell it myself locally, but I guess if they are hard to find I might be able to do that?
 
Ordered a Space Gray 42mm GPS+Cellular and a midnight blue sport loop via Apple Store app at 3:27 AM today with 9/22 delivery date. Upgrading from Space Gray 38mm Series 0, need a bigger screen, lol.

Edit:
Watch is in "prepared for shipment" status to be delivered on 9/22.
Sport Loop says "shipped" with loop delivery estimate of 9/19 via FedEx.

Att was a hot mess!Glad I was using my Apple Store app.....never was able to get an order placed with Att!
