When I saw Ant-Man a family of 5 all had Apple Watches. The nurse in my doctors office has one as well.

Saw two people in town today just walking around with Apple Watches on. One man had a space grey Sport, and one woman had a SS with white band. First time I've seen anyone else with one aside from Apple Store employees.

Saw an old lady wearing the same Apple watch as me - (a white sport version) while lining up for something that other day. I didn't talk to her. She didn't look that tech savvy, so I am a little surprised she's wearing an Apple watch.

Ha-ha, I'm an older woman who works in a tech field, and I notice these kinds of misconceptions all the time.

If she was wearing an Apple watch, she was probably more tech savvy than you think. ;)

Quite a number now. I am in London though. I've used it a lot for Apple Pay recently and slowly folk are not being too surprised by it so I think a number are using that too.
The Whole Foods cashiers don't bat an eye when I use mine. And never have. Most other places they'll usually say something at least.

At the restaurant I work at I see at least 2+ per shift. Always try to spark up a conversation to see what other users think.

I agree ... So annoying. I also work in IT and am over 40 so people assume that I know nothing. The funny thing is my hubby owns a Home Automation company and I do all the programming BUT I know nothing ... Eyeroll!

Great to see other women doing this! I work in IT also and it is amazing how many people are surprised, shocked, or just downright excited to speak with a woman who does Tech support and knows what she is talking about. I have an Apple Watch also but I have not seen many with one myself but I am sure the city you are in is also a factor. I would probably see more if I was still in my hometown of Chicago.

Interesting. Which protocol(s)?

Also, to put the watch on topic; any plans for HA and the Watch?

Up until last week I hadn't seen a single one other than my own. But I finally did. At the EAA AirVenture event in Oshkosh. But only one. I was speaking with the Cirrus rep in their tent and he had the same one I have (42mm SG Sport).

Despite having over 550,000 people in attendance, it was the only one I noticed, but I wasn't looking for them.

Yeah I've found if you want to see them you pretty much have to go somewhere loaded with people. I work at a water park and see quite a few, and while on vacation I visited Busch Gardens and sea world which I had seen watches at both.

I've only seen a few since it started shipping. I did see three or four during our week in Hawaii recently. That was the most I have seen in a short span. We stayed at a large resort and that's where I spotted them. SS with sport band, if I recall. I haven't seen any with a leather loop like mine.

My wife and I both have Apple Watches, and a server in Hawaii called us "the Apple Watch family". We chuckled at that.

I've seen another two this week. Both on the jubilee line (tube). One Space grey sports watch and one SS with green sports band.

I saw a woman driving who had a SS with a sport band, and when I was working my education gig earlier this summer, there was a kid with a 42mm sport with white band.

I also of course have two family members with one, along with mine!

I'm yet to see one outside of work. Mind you it's winter down here - lots of long sleeves.

I was in destin this last week running near the beach and spotted 5 of them on one run! (yes i counted them) I haven't seen many in the wild near where i live but was amazed that they were so prevalent out there.

I've seen two so far, one on the plane getting off at HK - a girl wearing a space grey sport, 32mm, black strap.

Other was my Uber driver in SH - a girl wearing a sport, 32mm, white strap.

Noticing them a LOT more lately. On church on Sunday noticed the lead singer of the band wearing one and the person in front of me had one too, also saw another member wearing one. All were SG BSB.
