Apple's Back to School Promo Starting Next Week

Sorry guys. I'm just getting into the mac scene. I had hoped this might be a little hint that the B2S promo might be coming soon. Nonetheless, with WWDC today, we should be hearing something either today during the keynote or tommorow on the site. My computer crashed and died two weeks ago so I'm dying to get my macbook.

Wasnt spoken a word of in the keynote. Check online store tomorrow.
 
It was never going to be a WWDC announcement - just isn't that big a deal to be even mentioned at the Conference. Saying that we may see it introduced this coming week - or perhaps even a couple more weeks wait. Just remember, it was never a given that the Back To School promo was going to happen this year (although I'd be surprised / disappointed if they don't do it).
 
I can't wait anymore, what if I just buy MBP from online store now and if they'll announce it tomorrow, I'll just call them and ask for iPod Touch? :p
 
I don't think they'll post it today or even tomorrow, because this is already too much noise about iCloud, iOS5 and Lion. Maybe next week.
 
how many more days/weeks are people willing to wait before they give up and just buy their macs? For me, im getting so fed up i may make my purchase this week
 
I going to wait till tomorrow and then, I'll buy mbp online and then I'll call them to get iPodTouch if they release B2S this week.
 
I'm going to wait till Thursday/Friday as my school is offering the base 15" for $1575 before tax until the 10th.

I am, however, a bit concerned as they only accept returns of unopened items and have a 10% restocking fee. It's my understanding that you can't return at an Apple store, and while I have no intention of returning, I don't want to be totally screwed if I land an MBP that has a screen with a really yellow tint or something.
 
Looks like the back to school promotion is yet to be announced.

I hate to say this, but looks like I have to wait until the end of this month, or even until Lion comes out....

I can buy it tomorrow and just make extra $200 and that's it! You know this is just an iPod, no big deal, I'm not gonan die if I won't get iPod. :p
 
Yeah, but its still frustrating to think that i wasted time waiting for an offer that didnt happen. I could have been an owner of a macbook Pro for 3 months now...

I'm buying one no matter what this week. If it's not tomorrow or next Tuesday its not going to happen. And if it does happen next week well then I'll just have to go back and get

Not near a store until then. Can't wait though. I'm upgrading from a acer mini lol.
